QUESTION

LP said last week that he saw this video & that it was about a "Minute & a Half long" & that "it`s not of the exact area where the body was found."


This video is 12 Minutes long -& it is the exact area where the Body was found.

My question ...Is there another Video?

12 minutes? I saw 8:00am at one point and 9:50am at another. I think there were 2 different tapes because someone is wearing jeans with a loose shirt in one part, and black dress pants with a white tucked in shirt in another.

PI has not handed over cell phone records. What would they reveal? B. Levitan says they are only billing records. He says he believes that the Anthonys are under wiretap order and on the investigator and that's what will convict in this case. Otherwise the information in circumstantial.

Oh Yeah! They're ALL in trouble! NG get him you don't look for a body the way DC did!
LE get will them all but wait till they have everything to charge them to the fullest degree of the law possible!!!

ok so according to LP they (the PI's) were looking for Caylees body but my question is why would the PI do this on his own???
Why wouldn't the A's or the PI just involve LE???

Makes sense! He said he was talking to his sick daughter, which would indicate a personal phone, but if he said, "it would be right here", then he was not on his personal phone. I'd eliminate that one right off the bat.

No, they film the search and then say "we didn't find her". What they might do when the camera isn't rolling might be a different matter. Just MOO since they were working for the defense, after all, and Kiomarie had said this was a hangout of hers and Caseys, as well as there's supposed to be a witness who saw Casey's car there. MOO

And then they have "Video" that shows that there was no Body in that location in November so it must have been planted there by someone other than Casey.

The Botanist & Entamologist are going to be key witnesses during the trial .

Hopefully They'll be able to "Prove" that the body was there since June.

They were probably trying to locate the body so KC could make a deal, but man. If Caylee's family, any of them, knew where she was, or had any idea, and they didn't tell LE so they could do a full-scale search, they are truly morally bankrupt. IMO.

If they KNEW for a fact Caylee was dead and were showing pictures of another child at the mall saying THAT child was Caylee instead of directing LE to Caylee's body they ARE morally bankrupt.

I always thought they pretty much knew Caylee was gone because Casey's story was so stupid and because of the smell from the car trunk. But I never thought they had actual information.

It looks like I gave them too much credit and they were lying and trying to manipulate the case much more than I could have imagined.

I still believe they love Caylee. But, even to protect Casey, the flat-out attempts to play with the public's hearts and get people's hopes up with the "Caylee is alive" stuff is as you say...morally bankrupt (and also unjustifiable).

I don't think it was Gale, that's why NG didn't ask her.

Cell phone records haven't been turned over to LE yet by DC. Also, DC had three different cell phones.

Why would someone have three cell phone and use them alternately?

Having 3 cell phones and alternating them might be useful if you are committing acts you do not want to be traced later.
