It's her talking about "drug court" that really gets me. Who gave her that idea anyway??!! :banghead:

When this idea came about was also around the time that she got this "idea" from Crys*** that MC mom ran away with. (The one that wrote MC in jail) I get the impression this grand idea might have come from her. MC said this person had an idea to get her out on the tapes. I know the tapes are released whenever but it seemed to come out around the same time. IMO

Thanks! I was just wondering since it's so far removed from the reality of the charges she's facing and I hoped it wasn't something her lawyer told her.

I'm sure she heard about drug court in prison...or from her associates...some of them would surely have heard of it. Most jailbirds and ex-jailbirds are very "up" on the legal system, at least in the ways it can benefit them, even if some of them don't seem to have a clue about their own situation...

According to Tommy he's gonna move in with Lindsey anyway. He is a very selfish father and husband.. IMO... but you know I'm right LOL

I believe Tommy did exactly as he said and went over to 202 and found Misty was indeed not answering the door, passed out....who knows, it's pretty much multiple choice at this point. But, anyway, I think he went over and wandered upon the opportunity to do what he thought he did best, rob those in closest proximity to him. Then something happened and he called in some help. Enter van, if Haleigh was put in the dumpster : ((....then moved I believe the dogs would have hit on it.

The side of the van was scratched and the headlight was cracked, I believe it's all connected.

His voice was also very hard, cold, and chilling when he said "it aint gonna happen". IMO.

I think LP's plan is more to stir things up, than to settle things down. I believe he has a plan and knows more, Nancy Grace put him down and treated him like crap for his plans before, then weeks later, has him on the show backing the same things she criticized. I think he figures it will stir Misty up and make her more stir crazy to know she is in there "alone" and who knows what is going on while she is not out there able to manipulate. It leaves her brother to talk "openly" in the car he provided, which I hope has a recording device in it, and may get more info., also it could stir up things with his wife and if things are stirred up, people are more apt to talk when things get heated, even if by accident.

I would like to know where the others who were taken into custody are at with everything, where are all their phone calls, etc. because they may know more too. I have only seen misty, her bro., ron, a shorty of DB, and nothing from the other girl and I wonder if she could know something.

Ron has grown silent also. Unless I missed something...

Also IMO - I think it is obvious his wife will cover for him, as when he ranted on about how they can't get him for the theft because it could have been anyone living in that house, and they can't prove it was him, and she was all like "that's right, they can't prove anything" or whatever, and it was proven then she is not beyond lying for him because their conversation made it obvious he stole the stuff. So I would also wonder what else she would lie about for him. She is a good liar, puts on a good face, acts like a sweet girl and smiles and acts all like, oh well the police have to question us and I know they have to, but it is real passive, like she is pretending to be innocent and forcing herself to appear as though she is innocent, which leads me to believe she knows more, maybe a lot more. She is just better at lying than Misty. Just a hunch, nothing more...

Right, I keep forgetting about that van.

So maybe Tommy never went over alone in the first place. Did they ever match up the scratch of the van to the dumpster?

Maybe they hung out and partied with Misty there for awhile, or the party she was at continued on at the trailer and tommy and some friends of his or a friend of his was there at the time, or even joe, and then the accident and van came into play, Misty didn't want ron to know she was partying or sleeping while she was to be watching the kids, so she lies to everyone so ron doesn't kill her.

Maybe she was sleeping - oh my gosh, remember she didn't want to watch them in the first place and was really tired, so she calls bro to watch them for her, and he comes over with a buddy or joe or whatever, they "watch the kids" while misty sleeps and then something bad happens... maybe she really didn't know exactly what happened because she really was asleep while they babysat for her, but to preserve her life, lies so ron isn't mad at her for having someone else fill in for her while she slept, then she never tells she had someone else come over to watch the kids... hum.... just rambling off a brainstorm...

Anything is possible in this case. I just wanted to point a few things out. If Misty wanted to sleep, she would of slept. Her and Ron said they slept pretty much half that Monday away,and Jr. was in their care. Or was he? Maybe he stayed at GGMS, and Haleigh may of been there as well that would be the only sensible reason for Ron to race by the bus stop that Monday morning instead of letting Haleigh catch the bus. It would also give a little relevance as to why GGMS came over to bring clean clothe that Monday night as well, if she did. I wonder if she took the children back with her at that time as well. I also wonder if they were in her care over the weekend. Who took care of them the previous week so that Ron could go to work is another question I've always had. If Misty took off that Wed/Thursday. Who watched the children for Ron? I am pretty sure he was not off of work 4 days in a row. I also feel he must of been out looking for Misty..but all is JMO.

I really don't think either of them would call for back up babysitting for them to sleep. IMO, they both slept in many times and let the kids fend for themselves.

As for the van, I had asked TJ Hart about the van over the phone a while back and he pointed out that if "anything" at all was found in that van that LE would of never returned it. Since then I have wondered about Nay Nay's car. She mentioned that LE picked it up to send it to the crime lab, I have not heard if she ever got her car back. Anyone know?

I think she sent the letter to her Dad. Then her Dad sent it to LE and maybe to her lawyer.

I'm thinking she sent it Chelsea. Remember a few weeks back when the story about cousin Joe resurfaced and Chelsea had to correct what LP said.

Didn't Misty talk to the SA recently and the SA had no interest in what she had to say? I think that after the SA shut her down she penned a letter to a family member giving the same information. Whatever she has to say is pure BS. She wants to take the heat off Ron and herself. There is no one else involved in Haleigh's disappearance except Ron and Misty, except perhaps after the fact.

Breakfast is served at St. John's County jail at 4:30 am so I suppose the inmates are woken up at 4 am to dress for breakfast. If I was woken up at 4 am everyday, I would be taking a nap during the day too if I could.

Strange that items recovered did not include the missing gun. Or not strange...right? The gun would carry a BIG charge, soap, towels and a few coins... probably not so much.
