Misty must have been flush with money after her three day binge if she offered to pay someone to sit Haleigh and Jr. She would have been better off buying laundry soap since they had none.

I never will forget Misty's words about that night "I was overly exhausted that night..." Or tired but I think it was exhausted. Why? I'm thinking her binge caught up with her...then what??? Who watched the kids - or did anyone???

One way or another, I do believe Haleigh was over at Tyler earlier that eve. Which as you say, explains the 911 response to Tyler St and reference to 1-1/2 hours. the question for me was always was Misty with them during the time Haleigh & Jr. may have been there, or did she go out and they were watched over at Tyler up til Misty got home that night (and maybe covering for MC who was never supposed to have left them there) But then we have Tommy claiming that he went over to Green La (as early as 10ish) looking for MC... none of which makes sense unless of course something had happened to Haleigh at Tyler St. and he was trying to get a hold of Misty because of that but lied about the reason :waitasec:

Somebody help me out here... even if Haleigh was perfectly OK when MC asked her SIL to keep the children earlier in the eve then she would've been first to point the finger if Haleigh turned up missing over there. And even had Haleigh still been alive and well when MC picked them up or took them home, surely it would have come out by now that they were being watched there for w/e portion of the evening but she'd been fine. Right?

This is all so :crazy:! I tend to believe the guy on Art's site that claims Misty picked up the kids. Misty said on her LVA that Tommy and the kids were at the MH when Haleigh got home from school. The A/C man was there, we really don't know much except he was there. LE is concerned of the hours from 8PM until 3AM. I am thinking maybe Misty did call and ask TN and the sister in-law to babysit and Ron said no. Misty either left the children home or took them to the so called party house. If she did take them to the party house, maybe that is where it all came down. Did Ron find Misty and the kids there? Did he see Misty doing something and lost control? Did he come home and see the children alone and asked them where Misty was and they could not respond because they didn't know and he lost control? He calls on TC to come to the MH, I think LE has records of the calls, read it somewhere or another :crazy: memory. It could be so many reason and I just don't understand why Ron or TN would even leave the children in Misty's care knowing that Ron and Misty were fighting and she had taken off on a weekend of drugs and parting. In the interview on Art's site, one of the people who claim Misty picked up the kids said they over heard her say she had gotten some bad . Maybe Misty went back to where ever it was she got the bad stuff from with the kids? Didn't have any money and offered up Haleigh? sick. To many lies coming from Misty, Ron, TC, TN and GGMS IMO. They are all covering for each other in one way or another IMO.

You know if you think about this for a while - it is possible Misty did call TN. It was TN that said she sent GGMa Sykes over there to "check on them". We have all puzzled over this for the past year - maybe it is true that Misty called TN.

I think Art was trying to get in as much as he could before NG would cut him off. I think what may of happen is that Misty called on TN to babysit, maybe she said no or said ask your sister in-law and I will pay her to babysit. Because to-wards the end Art says, Misty's sister in-law said she would if Ron was OK with it. That is where I think the phone call and fight with Ron started. Maybe she called to tell him the kids were going to be at her sister in-laws and that is when all h*ll broke loose. It would also explain why Haleigh was seen 1 1/2 hrs before the 911 call and why LE was on Tyler street first. Just a theory.. The big question is if she did not babysit, then who did? Did Ron come home and something happened? Then later the story was created and he put the whole blame on Misty since she did not want to babysit?

I was thinking like them - remembering Nay Nay's story about the girl with the fellas while they were in Crescent City and how that girl gave Nay Nay money for driving them around. Where and how would Misty get money to pay for a sitter ? I have serious doubts Ron ever gave her a dime. Three days out being a hound on drugs, could be lots of ways I suppose. It is now pretty clear she sells drugs. Was she selling back then too or something else ?

OK. So if Misty called TN and TN said she would pay for a babysitter. Let's say she asked Linsey--and she said OK if it's OK with RC. Misty calls him--he says no. She turns off her phone & takes them to Linsey's anyway. She gets home around 2 and takes kids home supposedly before RC is back from work. Yelling heard around 2 pm--was RC there & waiting for her? Maybe there was no overtime. Whatever happens--happens then in the midst of a humungous blow up between RC & MC. This accounts for what was said at Tyler that night--last seen hour and a half ago. I think LE just went there after some units had arrived at Green. Probably due to an LE question like--where would she run to if she ran off. I still don't think they were ever called to that address, it was just one of the officers questioning the household because of the disappearance.

I'm pretty sure I knew that Misty wanted to bring Haleigh & Jr. to stay with the croslin cousins that night and Ron said no way. He didn't want his kids staying over anywhere, he wanted them to sleep at home. Misty's dad was in the hospital. All the little Croslin kids were together, with either Chelsea or Lindsy caring for the kids. And which ever sis-in-law was not at home with the kids, was at the hospital with Misty's dad. I think this is in one of Art's old interviews - maybe the phone interview with Chelsea. I think actually Misty had hoped to go to the hospital to see her dad even... Just my old memory, IIRC, and JMO...

Anyone else remember that?

The only new tidbit (IMO), is Misty asking TN to babysit. And just because she called TN to ask, does not mean she actually spoke to TN. She may have only left a message, or hung up when she couldn't get a hold of TN and called the sis-in-law? Just speculating'...

From reading that it sounds like to me that TN was supposed to come pick the kids up and Misty called her and TN offered her money to watch the kids. Misty said alright as long as it was alright with Ron.

Yes Tammi Smith was arrested. Nancy was praising her when she was on her show too! Just like she does to Ron. Hmmm she can't admit she was wrong perhaps... :banghead:

Certainly can't admit she's wrong twice in a row. First Ron and then she's been hold Tammi's hand all along.
It's been the talk of the town here in Tempe that Smith was going to be arrested. You just don't tell tales to or about the cops here.
I'm with you ilovemew, I can't believe Nancy wouldn't Bombshell the arrest tonight.

When Tommy stated in his first arrest about Misty not being home @ 10 that night was it ever confirmed that Lindsy was @ nursing school til around 9 or 10 I know it was discussed here but can't remember if it was fact or not anybody remember or am I delusional again?:waitasec:
