If someone wrote a book, with this case as the story, I would throw it in the trash as too implausible. And I LOVE mysteries!

Books will have to be before, during, after, trial(s), vol 1 vol 2, vol 3 etc..........moo I look for ALLOT of books being written!

Thinking about use immunity ... if I understand correctly, any "words" the person under subpoena uses in their testimony cannot be used against them. So, wouldn't think a witness from a family that seems to have a real problem with the truth, would make sure and work into their testimony anything they are guilty of and afraid of being prosecuted for? (I am cringing at this sentence structure, but I am thinking out loud).

KB..........says that someone who went to this particular psychic, Ginnette, they paid thousands and when their money ran out, so did the psychic's visions.

  • #104
KB says in the psychics other case that when the money ran out , the psychic also ran out of clues. (That is so sad, to take advantage of someone's grief.)

:furious::furious::furious:$5000:furious::furious::furious: paid to psychic for helping murder victims family. Didn't help, family feels scammed.

Sorry for the OT. This case is giving every profession a bad name: psychic's,cops, lawyers, meter readers, nanny's, bounty hunters, reporters etc...

LaLaw, thanks:)

:confused:This is the first time I heard that there were Three MR working the area. Must have missed that one.

RK called late all three nights.

ROBLYN, I apparently did not hear that correctly! I am sorry and have deleted that post!

o/t: LOL, yes!! There will be an Encyclopedia set!

What I meant to say was, if this was a fiction book, I would NOT be able to deal with it!!

I admit a little weird, but I bet he finished his shift and talked to someone about it, then got brave enough to call. I know I would come home and say to hubby, do you think I should call? Remember MR said he wanted to remain
secret.........

Great point! :clap::clap:

Thanks! He's much bigger now, but I realized I never put a picture up

About NG: If the MR didn't say anything coming out of the woods, he might not have wanted his partner to know he was a little bit obsessed with the case of a missing child (like us!). Hard to explain to people who aren't true crime buffs...or child advocates.

True, hard to tell people you are addicted to WS and this case.......like my husband thinks I'm obsessed....I am!:blowkiss:

But now my hinky meter is going off. If RK was just in the woods, saw a garbage bag, WHY would he feel the need to report garbage? Unless he was tipped off (as LP suggested). And he wanted a body to be found. I mean, if he only pointed out a garbage bag in the water, what would make the cop or anybody else suspicious. Did RK see something "white" at this time??? Did he smell something??? I mean, WHY did he want the cop to go in the water to get a garbage bag?????

The skull was inside the bag--so it couldn't have been the same bag, right? Supposedly, it fell out onlywhen he moved it.

Whatever he saw that was white had nothing to do with the crime scene, imo.

Also, his shift ends at 9:30 pm.

And, now a fellow meter reader is appearing to back up his story. Who in the world at this point would get their name involved in this if at all avoidable? I think RK is telling the truth. Always did. I have a good gut, just need to listen to it more often.

Mark Klass: If this woman took $5,000 and quit when the money ran out, that's predatory. He thinks psychics should not be consulted in these situations.

Here is what I figured:

If they can find other means to charge the family they can do so. Otherwise, they can't "use" any of their words under the use immunity deal against them. So they need more evidence that just self-incriminating statements. Did that make sense?

I know. It's unreal how some people don't mind profiting off of others pain.

I hope this woman is charged......Unfortunatly this case is drawing all kinds of "Sleazy Characters" looking to make a name for themselves

Forensic anthropologist - Fairgrave - brought in to the defense team. He will likely attack the prosecution's findings.

See I don't find that funny (strange) at all. Haven't you ever had a feeling about something that would not go away? And if you had to explain it to someone you couldn't or if you had to prove it, you'd be SOL? I think thats what happened. MOO

I wondered why he didn't peek in???

NG: Is it possible to examine air in plastic bag of remains?
Dr. McCary?: It's possible, but it only takes a small hole for evidence to leak out. Says experts have shown no mechanism. (Not sure what that means.)
