It's curious to me why LP thinks this chloroforming thing was an accident - as NG keeps trying to say, what about the computer searches? Does he mean KC just didn't intend it to happen this way, maybe she intended to break her neck, and this was an accident? Doesn't seem logical to me.

Also, why does The OCSO believe KC dumped the body right away, in the first day or two? Would the car still reek like it did, by this theory? LP seem more accurate to me about this, believing the disposal of the body to be a week later.

I "knows" it. LP keeps sticking by his stories of innocence...odd for him, considering the world he operates in BH land, right? KC needs a manicure, a clean up then will confess, etc.

She appears to be trying to hide her annoyance about this inconvenient disruption in her life..... someone or something else is to blame. And JB has convinced her she won’t be convicted.

IMO, that is the way kc thinks and right now jb is her hero........

Rumors about a Lifetime deal have only come from one less than credible source. Lifetime denies any deal. Who are you going to believe?

Not sure who to believe. Will say this, though, I wouldn't expect Lifetime to admit they've offered a deal. Until this drama plays out, it's just too risky. Lifetime banks on human interest stories and protagonists to whom the average American woman can relate. If charges come against the A's and unsavory facts are revealed, they'll become national villians right along side their daughter. A "deal" with them won't sit well with audiences or sponsors.

Yeppers, JB did and he told the court he would not disseminate them and doesn't want them to appear in public as much as the SA doesn't want them to show up on some magazine cover at Publix.

So the court order covers the defense photos as well as the 800+ SA photos.

ETA: I just feel a tad bit snary: I think the judge should have added this little diddy in addition to the above order.

I hereby order that one 8x10 photo of Caylee Marie Anthony taken prior to June 15, 2008 and one 8x10 photo of the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony taken Dec 11, 2008 be permanently installed in each and every cell Casey Marie Anthony occupies during her stay courtesy of the State of Florida.

This is beautiful! If only judges were more artistic about things.

Someone mentioned that she kept moving her ears - she was annoyed being there alright, herears wer moving because she was clinching her teeth - she did that when she first got out of prison going into the car

She's annoyed she needs to partake in this whole thing - you would think she would want to be on top of whats going on - it's her life that hangs in the balance now - maybe DP should go back on the table to get her to pay attention

I agree! Not to mention the countless emails objecting to the making/payout/profit connected to this horrific story. (I sent one) I think they backed off for various reasons..if indeed they did. We shall see.

Re: Caylee's remains. Last evening, DrL explained to NG about the possibility the remains would need to be examined again ONCE the defense is given the 800+ autopsy photos.

JB said in court today that DrL is coming to Orlando at the end of the month for three days, a seminar, and that would be an opportunity for DrL to compare the photos to the remains. Judge agreed and JB said something to the effect that the secured website could be setup by then.

No one, NO ONE has stated Caylee's remains will stay at the funeral home for a long length of time or till the end of the trial. No one in legal standing has said the A's will receive control of the remains.

The A's said it, but hey, that doesn't mean it's truth.

That's right, no one knows at this point how long the remains of Caylee will be at the funeral home. Although they have been there for about 3 weeks already and the end of the month is yet another 3 weeks away. It IS fact however, that the remains CAN be left there indefinitely, at the discretion of the defense.

That is true, I also have a gazillion photos of my children, and not that many of me in them.
But Casey was in a unique position of living with her parents - who I guess took many of the photos. with hubby at work all day there is no one to take photos

Oh she was also swallowing during the description of the bags, yep plural BAGS. Not swallowing to hold back tears, but the guilty swallowing, knowing the gig is up.

If you were watching and blinking, you would have missed it because she wasn't doing all the time during the hearing.

The basketball size stain in the trunk is most likely all of the bodily fluids that are purged out of the body via the rectum at about the second day of decomp. It would not require a week for the car to be pretty much uncleanable as far as the odor goes. I personally think she dumped the body on the 18th, the day of the shovel borrowing and shortly after this purging started/happened.

LP's chloroform theory I can't help with. I can't make the chloroform make sense at all.

I think this case is showing us something really new in regard to what we might consider an adequate defense attorney.

I am constantly amazed how JB needs to be schooled by the judge(s). Doesn't JB ever ask his legal friends, hey would this be embarassing, stupid, untimely, out of order, a waste of time, etc?

Really far below grade in contrast to Morgan or NeJame.

Jose needs more staff, college grads?

I wanna help him so she doesn't get off for a technicality.

He needs to call in the big advisors. This is no time to look like you're straight out of law school. (unless of course you are trying to get an appeal later down the road for ineffective counsel.
