Tony says it was the 23rd, her text messages seem to indicate it was the 20th and 27th but can be read a couple of ways.
The 27th he picked her up at Amscot after her car supposedly ran out of gas. MOO

Jessica: No doubts about sources that say overwhelming evidence.

So the only place in FL these turpins are found is off of suburban?

Maybe it's like Plant DNA...????

It might be found in other places but maybe they can inividually identify certain plants.

It really annoys me that LP still doesn't go by the evidence. He's saying that the fight with Cindy caused Casey to leave that night and take Caylee. All the cell phone pings place her in the area of her home all night and not off someplace else. I don't believe the fight itself caused the murder. Casey was used to fights, was said by the neighbor to have quite a temper, and expected a fight because of the theft of her grandma's check routing number. She didn't hide it. I think Casey wanted a way to get out of her trouble and still make herself a victim, that was her MO. Finding out that Cindy was thinking of getting custody and throwing her out is probably what caused it. Psychopaths kill when they are about to be totally rejected or left.

rumor - there will be NO charges against ga, ca or la

When they show Caylee with her ggrandfather it's so sad; I bet you a million bucks he never dreamed he would outlive her :(

Wow...point made, well said...

Talking about possiblity of immunity for GA and CA. Sources saying there will be absolutely no charges against anyone in the family.

  • #188
No charges against the A family

  • #189
Sources say no charges for any of the A's.

  • #190
The A's wil not be charged with anything.

NG nitpicking on Jessica D referring to KC as KC.

NG: When did you become friends with DEFENDANT Anthony?

(Is reporter Jessica D. related to my favorite TV detective Vincent D'Onofrio?)

LP looks sad tonight.

Say what you want about him, but I was convinced as he was that it was an accident and I know how sad I am today.

I understand what you are saying, but I also recall seeing emails from ca's mother trying to convince her to call child services b/c kc had left with Caylee, and obviously had no way to care for her. At that point CA could have made an effort to find out what was going on, but even then I think it was too late for Caylee.

So sad, but true.

Casey had NO resources -- and NOT ONE friend laid eyes on Caylee from that day forward, yet her mother listened to Casey's excuses over & over.

When she first called police--she was going on about money and the car--she didn't search for Caylee at TL's apt--Nothing.

It wasn't about Caylee, it was about CONTROL.
And I don't believe Casey ever thought CA would in fact call the police about Caylee. She was just to unmoved by her threats!

GA could have smelled decomp on the gas cans since they were in a closed trunk with the decomp smell and just handed to him. However, I still feel this was partly a cover story, to suggest that there was no smell -- else why did it come out because it goes against KC -- so they implicated KC on the gas cans to cover for a greater crime.

[CA] "There was no smell in the car . . . . NO SMELL!!!!"

I agree,,,,,The entire story about the 24th is Bizzare.

I even have an issue with GA filing a Police Report in the first place.

He knew that KC stole Gas cans in the past & most likely it was Casey that stole the cans this time so why didn't he mention that in the Police Report?

Why even file a report at all..???

Why not Call KC & say...

"Give me back my Damn Gas Cans....I know that it was you that took them"

I was the first person to hold my grandson, his mommy was in a coma and his daddy stayed with mommy. The other gramma was with her daughter, I went for the baby and no one ever hated me for loving him while this all was going on. We had a happy ending....everyone lived and God blessed us with 2 more babies!!!

And your a good grandmama! The A's have a strange family dynamic - the competition between Cindy and Casey was something I've never heard of - I would be lost without my parents - I told my Mom before she passed away that I made a wish and prayer to give me her cancer and she gets better - I would give my life for my parents thats how special they are

I just don't understand the family dynamic of the A's - it's very foreign to me

Me too, sister.

Nancy saying that clients have to know lawyers are asking for immunity. Gloria: He (Conway) knows what his clients are going to say and that there will be some risks and he does not want to take those risks.

You can bet your a$$ if this was an investigation into a bank robbery and the A's knew who the robber was, stashed some cash, even without knowing it was stolen, they'de be brought up on charges, but hey, this isn't about money, it's ONLY A GD CHILD!!

OT but wanted to say what a horrible situation. I can't even imagine how helpless and frustrated you must feel

Why is it always "step-daughter's" apparently people don't have a hard time recognizing problems in "other" (i.e, step-children) children.......

TY Yardie, it is extremely frustrating. When the woman on NG said that CA wasn't a good grandma for that reason, I blew. I'm tired of hearing it.

nomoresorrow, my "stepdaughter" is my daughter, for all intents. I raised her from the time she was 6yrs old. Her own mother abandoned her. I also raised HER first child for the first few months.

anyway, sorry for the OT on my situation, but the woman on NG just really ticked me off, saying that about the grandma.

I had the same thought as I know the answer is, unfortunately imo, no. But I'm hoping there is something particular about the turpin evidence here that is similar enough to contribute to the rest of the circumstantial evidence in this case.
