Did Cindy threaten to take Caylee away so Casey killed her just to spite her?

Did Cindy tell Casey that she wan't babysitting anymore & that she would have to get a job to support Caylee herself..??

My mom was in delivery room with my first son. I can't remember if she or I held him first. If it was her I wouldn't have resented her, if KC was upset about that, she must have hated CA even back then. MOO

Your right - I didn't hold either of my daughters first - my ex held our oldest first and my Mom held my youngest first - it happens - geez I went through 24 hours of labor, I was tired!!!! LOL

Still - Cindy wanted another child - Casey had that child - and Cindy knew that Casey didn't want to keep the child - we don't know what was stated when Casey was pregnant - heck Casey could have told Cindy that she could raise the baby - then took it back right away - I'm guessing we'll never know unless the A's speak the truth

Not sticking up for Ca in any way, HOWEVER, I am so SICK and TIRED of people saying that she wasn't a good grandma because she let KC be the mother. PEOPLE, please understand, that you have no rights to your grandchildren. My stepdaughter could be KC, I am having nightmares about it...and there is NOTHING I can do!!! CPS will do NOTHING unless they are harmed or dead first! My grandchildren have woefully neglected, and nada, nothing, zilch. Calls from friends, family, etc, go unheeded.

I don't think it was the same day BUT it happened twice that I know of.

he picked her up at the Amscott the 27th & once before that, just having a little trouble remembering the circumstances and the day.

Tony says it was the 23rd, her text messages seem to indicate it was the 20th and 27th but can be read a couple of ways.

I understand what you are saying, but I also recall seeing emails from ca's mother trying to convince her to call child services b/c kc had left with Caylee, and obviously had no way to care for her. At that point CA could have made an effort to find out what was going on, but even then I think it was too late for Caylee.

Casey & Caylee were living in Cindy's home so Cindy had every right in the world to "Make & Enforce" the rules.

So sorry for your grandchildren!

You can do something=Keep calling child protective services and any one else til you GET someone to listen.

I do know in my state if you leave a child overnight with a family member (happened to me as in I got my sis's 2 children) you can go directly to the court in AM & get temp custody & judge orders state involvement!


Don't give up!

Hold them close and give all that you can--most specially your voice!!

I do remember that she supposedly ran out of gas at the exact spot where Caylee was 'dumped' - I wonder if that was the day that they broke into the shed for the gas cans - if that is the case then she most likely went back to the spot to check on things

The main reason I think that GA smelled the odor is because he said he was "Right Next to the bumper" when KC opened the trunk & said here's your F-ing Gas cans.....KC was trying to keep him out of that trunk for a reason & I don't think it was the gas cans.

GA could have smelled decomp on the gas cans since they were in a closed trunk with the decomp smell and just handed to him. However, I still feel this was partly a cover story, to suggest that there was no smell -- else why did it come out because it goes against KC -- so they implicated KC on the gas cans to cover for a greater crime.

I was the first person to hold my grandson, his mommy was in a coma and his daddy stayed with mommy. The other gramma was with her daughter, I went for the baby and no one ever hated me for loving him while this all was going on. We had a happy ending....everyone lived and God blessed us with 2 more babies!!!
