I hope they are paying Kobi. I presdict his career will soon go down the tubes with the ridiculousness of some of what he is trying to say on TV. He is a professor of forensics and says this stupid stuff? I hope he is tenured. Just some of the stupid claims he has made recently would keep me from EVER takign a class from him.

I'm still leary about this sighting, but I don't think the witness ever said the shovel was in the bag. I think someone on NG started that idea and others have just run with it ever since.

I wonder if the shovel was in the bag with the handle side down ... so it was used as gloves and not to leave prints. If the shovel end were sticking up, Paul and Jimmy could identify it as a shovel.

If it was a short shovel, sometimes we call those a spade, it would have a distinctive handle. It would be a short straight part with a D shaped place where you put your hands at the top. I don't know any other way to explain what it would look like. something like a Y but with the top closed off.

On the video he doesn't say it was in the bag. He only says she had both items and were putting them into the trunk. It could be he saw her putting the shovel into the bag before she put it in the trunk tho.

good point. she put the shovel in the bag until she could either clean the shovel later or dispose of the shovel elsewhere. she probably wouldn't have been able to clean the shovel @ the dumpsite.

I still think he helped casey bury Caylee after he found out what she had done............

I think GA is being beaten down by CA. She obviously wears the pants in that family and he just toes the line with her. Pretty obvious imo. I have seen it happen to my father with his second wife. - Exactly like this
