If all she needed was chlorine, acetone, and ice then couldn't it have been made with the pool chemicals, acetone nail polish remover, and ice from her parents house. No purchases necessary.

Per NG last night, they said it would have to be pure acetone...not the kind that you'd find in nail polish remover. Easily bought in a supply store.

I think this is about the discovery that LE, FBI have. Baez filed a motion and the state had 10 days. Time is up. I think that's what it is.

I could be mistaken but I thought that LE was the only one that had to release evidence. I watched some of the hearing on TV and she kept making the point that LE would release what they had but she had no way of knowing what other agencies were involved and what evidence they had...Is it the FBI or LE that is releasing the information?

That was the one thing I suspected was the cause for her disposing of that precious baby but haven't seen it.

Maybe with luck she and Susan Smith can be roomies someday.

The judge can't compel the F.B.I. to do anything. He is a state judge and has no jurisdiction over federal agencies.

It might be just time to tighten the screws, to firm up the evidence out there in public opinion land both to counter the CA media blitz and the Defense plans for the evidence from KC's car.

Drip, drip, drip as they progress towards the trial.

The prosecution are not going to allow the defense to get all the media time, absent a gag order -- to strengthen their case and put the pressure on.

For every action (CA) there is an equal and opposite reaction.

My hubby and I are in the painting business and we use it too to clean metal prior to painting, to thin oil paint, and to clean the paint off of our white van.

Yes! That's when she asked if he wanted her to bring the "little snot head" and he said something like "well I meant when she is under the supervision of another adult." So in other words, no, he did not want Caylee coming along.

Last time I bought it at Wal-Mart..I use it to clean up when I'm stripping furniture..I have to say I cringed when they went into detail on NG on how to make it..I hope it doesn't give anybody ideas..I wish NG would have played the subject down a little.

I cringed too, but you can find almost anything on the internet these days. So if anyone truly wants to know they don't have to look too hard to find it. Apparently just like Casey did.
