Nancy Grace - 10/8/08 - Wednesday

:)

I have a fiance that is beyond tired of this case. I can barely watch NG in peace. When her pics of the tots came on last night he was saying, "My god, those are some homely children!" [His opinion]

He also mocks the show constantly. Whenever someone calls in, especially a female, he cracks, "Nancy, love them babies!" or "Love your babies" or "Congratulations on them babies".

It drives me **bonkers**.

Our families do eventually get used to it. My kids (ages 12 & 13) keep asking me if Caylee has been found yet.

I often think of this and wonder what her plan was, how long she was going to avoid her mother and tell everyone that Caylee was with the Nanny. I mean if Cindy did not get the notice of the car being towed, how much longer was KC going to go on like this?

I think KC telling people the Nanny had Caylee, would then turn into the Nanny wanting to keep Caylee because she herself had kids and since Casey was going back to school and working full time and her parents were often feuding she thought it was the best thing for Caylee. I think she thought she would be able to think on her feet about what to say, but lying to her friends was easy and she did not anticipate Cindy finding her and freaking out - she though her mother and her would continue their long distance relationship because of the fight and eventually she would tell her she gave Caylee up.

She absolutely did NOT expect Cindy and Amy to walk in on her - maybe she thought Amy would stop being her friend because she stole from her, but who cares? Cindy wanting answers and not taking "Caylee is okay" for an answer, threw her off, she then thought up the nanny took her but I spoke to her today and Caylee was fine story. In hopes Cindy would clam down and then let her "search" for the nanny. Instead she called the cops and here we are.

Hi Mendara...So many things about KC's actions bother me. I can see that she had been thinking about this for awhile and hopefully on tuesday we will be enlightened on some of our questions. I just don't think KC is smart enough to plan a menu!..It's almost like she wanted to get caught. I believe she left the car at amscot because the smell was so bad she couldn't take a chance of anyone getting near it but she left it in plain site where CA could have seen it at anytime. I don't think she really believed she was going to get away with it but maybe she figured she was going to enjoy her freedom for as long as possible. I think KC really believes she can spin her tales and smile..bat her eyes and everything is going to be fine..I'm sure when charges are brought and reality sets in her smile will turn to tears..boo hoo..KC has less than a week to start telling what she knows otherwise she could very well be looking at the death sentence. I don't think shes even smart enough to figure out that if her family had more money they would be able to afford a real lawyer. As it stands now her only option is to tell what she knows otherwise her and her second rate lawyer are going down the tubes together...:boohoo:

Can anyone tell me why the call to JCP is of importance or why she was calling there?[/QUOTE

IMO it was not the call itself that was significant, but where the call originated from. The ping put her at the A's house at a specific time when the car had already been seen at Amscot.

And I would hedge a rather large bet that she did not take the Lynx bus system there! [You have to WAIT on the Lynx bus in O-Town and there are large waiting periods.] I think that the same person who was seen by the neighbor helping Casey (when she was helping herself at the Anthony home) may be the same person who was driving her around. :) :) :)

sorry if this was mentioned
I thought it was telling that the woman reporter made it a point to say that LE had ALOT more stuff that has not been released

She sounded quite positive about this didn't she...We can only hope that alot of the questions we have will be answered...

If you think about it this is normal behavior for KC. This is somebody who has NEVER been held accountable for ANYTHING in her whole life and ESPECIALLY her daughter. KC has been stealing from people for possibly countless years and hasn't had nary a consequence for it of substance until now. Her own mother admits KC has run up thousands of dollars on her credit cards and has hacked into her account and CA just deals with it!! That is UNBELIEVABLE to me. So, because of this trend KC's blatant disregard for the law continued to esclate until she reached this horrifying plateau of murder. Thats why KC is unconcerned even with these heavy charges on her. In her mind she's probably thinking she will be the next OJ and get a slap on the hand.

Bingo! It's like what we try to teach our children about respecting the law and boundaries, but in a backwards way.

For instance, my teenaged son lives with my ex, and he's learning some hard truths about respecting rules and the consequences for misbehavior. The more he screws up, the more privileges are taken away from him.

But with KC, for every dollar she took that didn't belong to her and every charge card she used, she was never reprimanded. Her mother just sucked it up and swept it under the rug. KC was ENCOURAGED by her parents to up the anty on her thefts until she now thinks she can get away with anything. Including murder.

I remember something along these lines too, which I thought was very strange.
The way I remembered it was that it was RM who woke up and found that Caylee was no longer in bed with him and Casey. I think that Casey later told him that her mom called during the night and asked her to bring Caylee home.
I watched an interview between Cindy and LE where he asks her if she ever made such a call, and she said "NO." That was a huge red flag to me.
It had to have been RM, because he was the only one that we know of who Casey and Caylee both slept in the same bed with him.

It red flagged with me also because in other interviews under oath people said that CA had called Casey on different occasions and told her to bring Caylee home (pre-Caylee missing days). Ya know, the "it's getting late bring Caylee home" type of calls. Whether or not CA really did or did not call in the pre-Caylee missing days, I don't know. All I know is that different people said under oath [paraphrased] that Cindy had called Casey and that Casey had then said "I have to take Caylee home" or "My mom said to bring Caylee home" when it got to be later in the evenings.

It really trips my trigger when people give absolutes like when Cindy was asked if she EVER made such a call and she replies "NO".

Maybe a suitcase or duffle bad was purchased there? If thats supposed to be the time period that Caylee disappeared?

Frankly, after watching her interviews, there is not much I believe CA stated that I believe except the 911 call. Her story was completely memorized, rehearsed, and like her daughter, when called on it she did not flinch. How is it she proported to know exactly all the facts she regurgitated yet clueless as to dates on a calendar.

Hi Mendara...So many things about KC's actions bother me. I can see that she had been thinking about this for awhile...
[respectfully snipped]

The latest document dump shows:

1) A search for "Zenaida" on myspace days before June 15, 2008.

2) Also a search for "Zenaida Fernandez" in a search engine (don't recall off the top of my head)

3) And a search for Zenaida and Jacksonville (I believe these ALL are before Caylee was missing)

4) The original document dump shows that Casey was sending fake work e-mails to herself and making up characters to copy on the fake e-mails she worked with. One of these fake characters was a Juliet. Some of the fakery went as far back as 2007!

5) Searches for chloroform (pre-Caylee missing?)

I agree that she surely was "thinking" about this for a long time before Caylee went missing. While premeditation can occur in the twinkling of an eye, I think she seriously planned this charade (jmho).

Personally I think the body was long gone before this date but I'll entertain any theory at this point LOL.

I have that feeling as well.. I'm wondering why she would keep the body in the trunk of her car all this time. I believe she killed Caylee on, or around June 16th. I would think she would be afraid to keep a dead body in her car all that time.. But with this case, anything goes :crazy:

Can someone please tell me where LP said they would probably find Caylee? It was on the 10/7 NG Show and I can't find it. He said something like No. or So. of the residence and East of the airport. I would appreciate it. Thanks

Can anyone tell me why the call to JCP is of importance or why she was calling there?

I'm thinking it was because she may have stolen the card from the house when she was there on 6/27 and called JCP to see if the card was still active. She does make a charge on 6/30.

Can you please provide a link for 1,2 & 3?

The Computer Forensics report here does not provide proof that any of the searches were before 7/16.

I thought the George was off on Fridays. Wouldn't he be home in the AM and how would she know if he was there or not if his car was in the garage???
