Right...Why would they need his DNA?

However, since when is a DNA sample obtained by subpoena? They would have needed a search warrant and would have needed probable cause for that.

I thought they were speaking of Monday the 16th that KC spent the night with TonE after going to Blockbuster. Clint said that he thought KC spent the night on Monday..to my knowledge TonE said she did not spend the night on Sunday.

Correct. Tony said she did not stay with him on Sunday night. Her texts seem to reflect that is true.

I remember seeing the movie Jumper on the Blockbuster receipt..I can't find where they are now. I remember they were at the end of something and they were just kind of there. I remember thinking wow I didn't expect that to be in this particular section..darn it.

I'm pretty sure they were at the end of the TL interview....apparently he had the receipts in his possession. There were 2 trips to Blockbuster I believe. Sorry, I don't have the link and wouldn't know where to begin looking lol.

Interesting. I wonder what the probable cause could be for obtaining LA's DNA?

Unless he had something to hide, why wouldn't he willingly give up his DNA to help find Caylee? You say it as if it is a normal thing to refuse. I don't think so. In my opinion, it places a cloud of suspicion over him.

I just don't trust what either George or Cindy have said as being truthful. Wish that George would take a polygraph on what's said about June 16th and June 24th

ITA..I do not see KC getting in a heated fight and staying in that house. IMO she took Caylee that night...where she stayed I have no idea, maybe in her car. I think GA is full of it when he states that he saw KC on the 16th..I don't buy it.

I also think it's awfully hinky that GA describes Caylee's outfit as being the exact outfit that friends of the A's said Caylee was wearing on the June 12th "siting"..remember this was still when the 9th was supposedly the last day anyone saw Caylee.

I also find it double hinky that in the GVS interview GA states he was watching the news then when prompted by Cindy he changes it to a Food Network show..when CA says to George "after work"..

There are too many hinky things about the 16th. I do not belive GA saw Caylee or Casey that day period. JMO.

That could be part of the reason why KC waited to dispose of the body -- it was too muddy. She was afraid she'd get the car stuck going into remote places.

Great point. I do think the neighbor said he didn't notice anything unusual about the shovel when it was returned. Waiting to ditch the body b/c of rain makes a lot of sense.
