IIRC she was interviewed and said friendship, no sexual affair. OTOH her sister was on local tv implying something inappropriate happened. He said/her sister said/ who knows for sure?

I agree with what Lippman said they knew it was coming but not in this manner. That was BAD the way JB did it. I just can't get over the "P" in the mouth statement he made. That was so stupid how it did that. Made JB look like a very uneducated person. IMO He could have played the sexual abuse card in a different manner.

Purely from the standpoint of the DT acting in their client's best interests: I think it was the best way of doing it.

Explain the allegation in explicit detail to shock the jury and turn sympathy for ICA.
