You're wrong. IF someone new comes along to bail her out they have to have assets worth 500,000 to back it up. Not 50,000. Leonard also got someone to back up the whole 500,000. That will be off the table now. Leonard isn't going to be responsible anymore for the 500,000. Its ridiculous to even think so. why do you think they are guarding her like crazy? If she got away he would have to give up 500,000. Not just 50,000.

snipped

No, it's like insurance, they paid the $50,000 premium. If she doesn't show, the bond (like your policy) pays the $500,000

I too think that without a body being found Cindy will likely never believe that her granddaughter is deceased. I don't think there will be any forensic evidence that will convince her. The standard she has set (in her despair and denial) is a body. No body, no dead grandchild.

If she doesn't watch it, they will charge her with obstruction of justice... JMO.

It doesn't matter what Cindy says the tow lot owner told her; he gave his statement to LE.

Heresay. IMO.

Honestly, I don't believe that denial is a word that Cindy Anthony would know anything about. I believe Cindy is as delusional as Casey is and they have all lived in their own little world for so long that they are the ones who are right and everyone else is wrong. This is probably exactly the reason why Casey has turned out the way she has. I'm sorry, I just can't muster one ounce of sympathy for her. My thoughts belong with Caylee and Caylee only and I truly feel sorry that she was brought into a family such as this.

I couldn't agree more. My heart really breaks for Cindy Anthony.

I agree with you. Those who haven't walked in the shoes of loving someone has the personality traits of Casey, can't imagine the dashed hopes, the hearts broken, the nightmares.

I've seen more than once where those tough love zealots have failed to point out that things can go tragically wrong. Cindy has to live with that for the rest of her life.

Good parents have bad kids and bad parents have good kids. It's easy to blame the parents; not so easy to say one is responsible for ones own self.

I am beginning to believe Cindy lives in her own little world just like her daughter. They make stuff up and think its the truth. Like mother, like daughter. No wonder Casey is such a nut. I try to have compassion for her but I just cannot stand liars.

I totally agree save for the fact that I have felt this way from the beginning.

They love media coverage. Announce it will be Saturday, do interviews for three days about the plan, then get coverage bringing her back, then talk about that.
Well, they might get some news coverage over the weekend so that might be the plan ~ no more conventions until next week!

Just once, I would like to see someone from that "family", forget about CASEY and do WHAT IS RIGHT FOR CAYLEE.

do you have a grandchild? How would you respond if your grandchild was missing and your daughter never waivered from "the nanny took her" story. Never waivered, and says I love you, I love her, if I knew where she was, this wouldn't be happening right now. Imagine, for a minute, this coming from your child's mouth.
I don't know if Cindy has done anything to cover up a crime, but I know I would probably be behaving the same way as Cindy. I love my grandchildren very much, more than anything, but if my daughter told me this story and stuck with it, I'd likely believe her, because the other option is my child murdered my grandchild. Yeah, let that sink in. Oh He77 No!!

Also, is it me or does she seem like she's yelling?

THANK YOU. I think she is trying to have the same passion that Nancy has and it comes out YELLING. I thought I was the only one who noticed this.

This is exactly how I feel. I also have no sympathy for Cindy, or George for that matter.

she is a lost soul and in a month or so she wont remember anything she has said or done. because right now i think she is one step away from falling over the edge.

she will continue to grasp for straws for some time - its a nightmare that doesnt end for her... she is lost

I bet if Cindy made a new message for their answering machine today, and then listened to it in 3 mos time, she wouldn't recognize her own voice. Stress and living in ABSOLUTE FEAR (that she'll never hold Caylee again) can do horrid things to a person.

I feel awful for George and Cindy, but still think they should be held accountable for all they have done to muck this case up.

Did anyone else note the video of Cindy hammering in the signs and in the open garage...........there's a blond woman with her back to the camera. That woman looks like Beth Holloway!

I am not sure if it was Beth or not...however, and I know this is terrible, but all I could see was Cindy bent down hammering in the sign and the rather large gentlemen in front of her with his jeans going straight up his rear:blushing:

I think the bounty hunter said something about not wanting anything to come back a him later for not allowing her to see her lawyer since she already had the appt. with him.

So take her back Fri. night without announcing it, or the lawyer could visit her in jail, now there's an original idea!

Oh spit! She can see JosE in jail!

ooops...forgot....LE records and tapes all of the attorney-client visits in jail. According to either TP or LP....

Yeah, but that's attorney-client privledge. Don't see how LE could use it.

I think it would be a great idea to catch Casey off guard with that one! She wouldn't have time to redo her nail polish or take that last hot shower!! :behindbar

Now does your daughter lie and lie and lie and you've known about this for years? Does your daughter steal 25-45K from you, and then steals from your elderly grandparents? Did she lie to you about her pregnancy for 7 months?

There is no reason for Cindy to believe Casey, she knows exactly what Casey is about. The Anthony's have shown what side they are on, and It's not Caylee's.

I'm a proponent of 'tough love,' meaning if I had a child (I don't) and that child stole then they would have to face the consequences of their own actions. I think that's the only way we humans learn. If someone saves your butt when you do something (morally or ethically or legally) wrong every time then you never learn that there are consequences for your behavior and you are ultimately responsible for what happens as a result.

Now maybe that doesnt' matter when one is dealing with a sociopath--maybe there is no amount of 'consequences' that will teach such a person or alter their behavior. But no, I would NOT cover up for my child, no matter how hurt or distressed I was.
