She should be held accountable for her parents didn't for these lies and theft. It's not cool for parents to cover and not punish adult grown children of theirs.

The Padillas rock! I'm glad it turned out this way for them. I see a much coordinated effort with LE and the Bounty hunters (Padillas). I think the Anthonys and Baez, and the public are the ones shocked. Good plan LE.

Another thing, I'm so disappointed in anyone and everyone involved and knowingly allowed this young 12 year old girl to communicate with Caycee at all. Look at all the harm left in Caycees destructive Paths.

Her firends and family she stole from. The cop fired. The 12 year old girl sick and emotionally traumatized and not protected by her care givers.
The Padillas ridiculed and harassed for doing good.

And the Biggie, Caylee has been soooo harmed by her mother. Throw away the key, for we know Caylee is deceased. She is totally un-cooperative, caring more about her defense their her own daughter and Family. Shame on Caycee. Baez is wrong to tell her to be quiet concerning the location of Caylee, he's wrong morally, I don't care that he is a lawyer. He's wrong and has crossed the line in my book even being a lawyer. He will be held into account too one fine day if he doesn't change his ways too concerning the covering up of Caylees body. I believe Caycee has told him she's dead and where the body is.

I would like someone to ask Baez would he reveal or have it revealed if he truly knew from his client Caylees whereabouts, even in a discreet manner, would he make it known in order to retrieve Caylee and honor her properly.

Can you believe Caycees stone face? I think that speaks more than anything else. Shame on this trifling person.

I agree with everything you've said. Particularly about Baez. What lawyer is outside the house in a vest (ugh) giving sweaty, unimportant interviews to the press in the middle of the day?

She is contemplating a "faux" immunity deal in the clink over the weekend, her "deadline" is Tues, and I think she is aware she is not the only person considering such a proposition and this becomes a race to the finish line with one person with a blind fold- get me?

Good Lord...she apparently stole the routing number off a birthday check her grandmother had given her and used THAT to rip her off, too.

Well, she's already told LE she lied and stole from people in order to help find her daughter -- so we know it was a good cause. I know the first thing I'd do would be steal a check and run to Target if my child were missing. Who wouldn't?!?

I sure would like to know what she purchased and when with the stolen cards and money.

The news is reporting that she was re arrested for money crimes and stealing and using friends checkbooks at the Waterford Lakes Target as well as BOA.
I believe it was Kathi Belich that is questioning the timing of all this and that there has to be more than the cops are saying.

Technically no, but there are a myriad of variables and exceptions to that, first one being that what we know is confirmed.. I do not think your man and Sgt. Allen (he needs a plug, no?) would risk the big show, but it will be plain to babykillingskankho that this is no day at the park.
Who is going to talk first before charges are filed or a baby is found deceased. Big gamble even for her.

They could be trying, but I imagine she invoked her right to an attorney and not to speak right off the bat. I don't think that keeps THEM from talking AT her, though!

I think LE may have gone into full-on mode tonight...I think there's much more coming and that they may keep piling up these smaller charges for rearrest over and over and put the screws to her as hard as they possibly can, making her life so stressful and miserable she can barely stand it, hopefully forcing her to give up Caylee's location.
