Lisa's siblings seem so very caring, sweet, and very distraught. I can't help but think Lisa is probably very much like them. Reserved in such a way which means she would take things to heart and perhaps not share them with even those closest to her because she would want to spare them. It could be why her siblings were told things were going well with the divorce plans when in reality...they weren't.
