Possibly, but there were 2 other instances of her not having an id:

1-Going to pick up the keg at the liquor store before Will W's party. KC had no id, so another friend had to pick it up later.

2-Going to look at apts with TonE, and her friend who was going to show them the apt., wouldn't let KC go see it, b/c no id, so Tony went with the leasing agent to see it.

Isn't it also possible she didn't want to do either of those things because she had no money & no credit rating?

I have seen no last names but not initials only. Dr. Lee is a public figure so I would think that we can utter his name.
LA will spend a ton of time finding his name in print or on the net to research who to sue...should be spending that precious time looking for his niece so they can give her a proper burial.

By the time of the interview I am sure he had already seen the partying, puking, peeing shots so the "bad things" must be worse than what we have seen. I am not clear that GA was shown the pix by LE, or just told about them.

I'm sure that there is sooo much more that hasn't been released by LE. They are going to hold out as long as they can..finishing getting info from the evidence dotting thier i's & crossing thier t's before letting JB have them. Less time for JB for his case...a bit at a time putting pressure on her defense. The pics we might not find out @ them till closer to the trial. Plus if they r as bad as they r suggesting would they release them to the public? Would the judge rule that they shouldn't be public but released to JB? Any lawyers here?

You would think she would have plenty of money wouldn't you. And with just a little bit of willpower she probably could. But think of the rate that she blew through the stolen money. Granted she did her shopping at Target, but she liked to shop. Not to mention her other 'necessities'.

I dont think KC was getting paid for those pictures. KC spent alot of time on the net.She also met TL on the net. I believe she took those pictures to send to guys on the net. Sadly there is alot of that going on where people takes pictures of themselves and send it to people on the internet.Even my daughters boyfriend did that with some girl he meant on internet.My daughter said she used his computer one day and came across many photos of the girl and even her boyfriend took pictures of himself. They were very sexual pictures and lets just say my daughter dumped his arse after thatlol

Cashiers and apartment managers have no duty to do that. Casey was a potential customer and you want to keep customers. You just don't want to get in trouble.

The penalities to a store that sells to an underage kid as part of a "sting" are high. You pay a fine and can even lose your license.

Apartment managers also have to be especially careful not to accept any trashy deadbeats who'd never pass a background check under their own name.

If she is passing a fake ID she wouldn't be able to hand it to a friend as her own, not without starting a conversation she might not want to have in front of Tony. Me too. The ID thing almost warrants its own thread. I didn't think that she'd left ID in the purse in the car and was surprised to hear in GA's interview that she had!

There are two instances where it comes out that she doesn't have ID - when visiting appartments with Tony and when she goes to buy beer with WW. Then, she appears to have ID again when she goes on her shopping spree with AH's money. I guess she either had duplicates made or acquired fake ID somehow???

LA talks about the ID that they find in her purse July 15th. There is something odd there as well when he mentions that they find her ID and then something else behind it that the officer snatches away.

tiredofthis - I think that the Defence lawyer on NG was trying to say that it shouldn't even go to trial. That the evidence demonstrates that she is guilty and that if her defence lawyer was doing the right thing, he should really just be focusing on whatever is possible to reduce the existing (potential DP) charge.

If he's subpoena'ed as a witness, doesn't he have to show up under court order without payment ? Otherwise, every other witness on the witness list could say, I'm not coming unless you pay me for my time.

No, he is a forensics expert... he is paid for examining the evidence as well as his testimony. Not every witness is an expert.
I have no idea where Baez's team is getting the money to pay him, he does not come cheap. It could be that he volunteered to give his opinion... but I doubt that.
I also believe that most judges still find him to be very credible, despite the media hyping the 'mistakes' he made in those other trials. Dr. Lee is a VERY intelligent man, and very well known all over the world. He does not appear to be too worried about his reputation, to me.

I read a post weeks ago, on here where the poster wondered if Zani could be short for Xanax. I wonder now, if LP is reading these boards and getting his ideas from the posters here.

I don't think you have anything to worry about if you type out a name, unless you make some kind of unfounded accusation against someone, especially if they are innocent. As long as you don't go slinging mud at someone for no valid reason.... no problem.

No, he doesn't do computers... hates them. He is getting his ideas from listening to NG and from his many admirers who call him on the phone and give him tips all the time. Or from his sidekick, who probably reads ALL the forums.

Yep - 1 minute to tell her what I'm going to do to her if she doesn't tell me what happened and where Caylee is, and the other minute to write down everything she tells me. She wouldn't want to go where I would take her if she didn't tell me.

Is there a way that she could be forced to take a polygraph? Even though they are not admissable (sp?) in court, at least they may be able to get where she hid the body, out of her. Is there a such thing as truth serum, or is that just in the movies?

Not sure if this means anything, but I just checked the Food Network lineup in Orlando from noon to 1pm, and there is NO FOOD/COOKING SHOW with a guy. There's Paula's home cooking, Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller, 30 minute meals w/Rachael Ray and then Healthy appetite with Ellie. Emeril doesn't come on until 1pm.

So maybe he has his time mixed up on the 16th or he's lying, one of the two.

Maybe he just doesn't want to admit to watching "Paula's Home Cooking".
