He says something about where "He travaled recently for work" & something about "Football"

Cadaver dogs can hit on badly charred skeletal remains. After the California fires, a mobile home park was devastated and they used cadaver dogs to search nearly 500 homes. They did actually find remains but it was a grave that was very very old. Even if KC tried to destroy with fire, it is discoverable.

Now Kobi is on. Kobi has not been asked yet to travel to Orlando to look at evidence.

At this late date, the star witness for the defense has yet to be asked to examine the evidence. That suggests to me a plea bargain in the works. No sense spending money on an expert if it won't be needed. Any thoughts on this?

I think this is very strange also. Would a judge push the trial back if the defense hasn't tried to examine the evidence?

OK ~ you make a good point too! How about this one though ~ that if you search sites on somebody else's computer how do you remember what they were without using that computer again or saving them somehow that would still be traced back to you? Kind of inconvenient, imo.

I'd like to think that. I am intrigued that JB has not filed for a speedy trial, has not filed for a change of venue and, has not filed for a continuance. He only just filed to see if the State was going to seek DP so he could know whether to defend against that.

I sense JB is playing poker to see who blinks first, he doesn't want to be the one to delay but he is getting ever closer to the pre-trial hearing stuff so . . . needs to do something!!!!!!

I guess a last minute filing for continuance and he will do that a few times to buy time. He is handicapped because if he delays it becomes more and more apparent that Caylee will never be found, alive either -- so it was best to go to trial quickly BUT -- he will never be ready. No way Jose.

I just do not think it was Lee looking those sex sites up. These guys have no problem picking up females when they are on the road for a game, IMO. I really think that Casey was looking these sites up to potentially work in that area.

I doubt that Lee travels with any teams at all. He may organize a chartered bus and parking for fans going out of town or out of state to attend games, tho. Somehow I just get the feeling that it wasn't anything extremely important that he did!
