I am looking forward to seeing the search warrant and return also! Now, what if the clothes that are rumored to be in the bag with Caylee's little bones (hate saying that) are the clothes George says Caylee was wearing on the day he says he last saw her - June 16th? I do not believe George saw them that day at all.

CA also told LE that she found Caylee's [diaper] bag after she realised she was missing.Cindy said it had some diapers, wipes and some hair thingy's in it,but none of the things it was usually stuffed with: books, stuffed animals and clothes.A lot of those items can be seen on the crime scene photos.

HMMM...so not only would they imply the illegal adoptive parent killed her, but she lent them her car too?

Yep, you've got it.

It was all just a mis-understanding, KC pulled out and used the wrong set of checks. She was holding AH's for safe keeping because AH had left them in the car. That's why KC signed her own name, she thought it was her check.

She can't. He'd be out of a job!

And therein lies the problem. I don't think JB is serving his client's best interests. He's not thinking about what happens to his client, but what will garner him publicity. JB thinks this case is his ticket to fame and fortune.

You beat me to it. My thoughts exactly!! IMO I think we are in for a big suprise and there is a blue and white cooler that I just saw on her show. They were showing clips of the Investigators taking items out of the A's home and the blue and white cooler was in the far back of the van. I had seen it before and was not able to find it again==== I think that cooler will play big into it all of this. Sorry, I was just really surprised when I saw it. Thought that maybe I had dreamed it LOL I think I need mental help now LOL
What?? Could this be why she backed her car into the garage, to place the decomposing Caylee into a cooler?

And when she looses - "he touched me in the jail - I was a prisoner - what could I do"?

MOO, too... I still can't fit her personality with a killer. I've known numerous people with quite similar personalities. Even after seeing KC in action, I wouldn't predict she would kill anyone - let alone kill twice (if acquitted). If I were to make any prediction about KC (prior to Caylee missing), I would predict somebody would end up killing KC.
Very interesting observation! MOO

So why did she sign Amy's name then?!

He's probably told her he will get her off and when she is free they will marry...I know, it is a stretch, but the thought of her being played makes me smile...

That would explain the one check. What about those others where she wrote Amy's name? But then, Casey didn't have a job so exactly where was she getting money to put into her checking account to write so many checks in a week's time?

Tears me up!!!
And no one knows where she was from 6/10 to 6/15. Amazing. No one saw her. TonE and his roomies say she didn't stay there.... she was alive and somewhere.

DID or MPD simply won't work in this case. The diagnosis doesn't fit Casey at all. I don't recall anyone getting off with an Insanity plea ever with MPD either.
Oh I don't think it will work, or that Casey even has MPD. :)

Just as an aside, NG is talking about Adam Herrman, the boy who has been missing for ten years in Kansas, NG kept saying he was dead... the thread here at WS says the foster parents are suspects in his disappearance, but there is no proof he is dead at this time, right? They say they found items they might do chemical testing on.

Kind of weird that NG kept going on about his being dead, with his biological mother on the show when there is no proof yet.

Who to believe, NG or WS? ;)

I have a problem with that theory since there is a stain which is consistent with the body being in the trash bag inside the trunk and not in a cooler.

The cooler could be OCSO's to transport evidence tho.

TonE and roomie said she seemed to have plenty of money and a job.

Did you notice that when Casey starts in who ever is talking to her hands the phone to the other parent? In that video I think they are trying to get her to tell them where Caylee is so they are pretty much walking on egg shells with her. It's not doing them any good though. She will never admit that she is the killer.

It will be interesting at trial to see what KC's reactions are when the prosecution talks about KC killing Caylee.

Boy that is the understatment of the year! I agree with you - I think this is what she's done her whole life and has gotten away with it

Yep. Look at the tape where George is relating the story of the missing gas cans. When they get to the part where he found them in KC's car, GA and CA both shrug their shoulders and have this "lying girls will be lying girls" grin on their faces. I firmly believe that "the girl" believes that if she just keeps on telling her lies, everyone will eventually believe her and will leave her alone.

Edit: By the way. While I have cable, through some fluke in my order (I recently moved), I get like three basic stations, a bunch of upper-level stations...and nothing in between. So I greatly appreciate ya'll keeping us abreast of the TV side of this case as well as all the other efforts ya'll make.

For her or himself? :waitasec:

LOL...KC of course

JB is enjoying his (at least) 15 MONTHS of fame & how he's going to spend his riches.

I think after killing Caylee KC went into a state of self denial where she believes "the nanny" story. KC's angry self is "the nanny" KC wants to forgive herself for killing Caylee and that's why she said that.

JMO

Nah, she knows what she did, how she did it and why she did it. She just doesn't care. She's the only one that matters. She doesn't want forgiveness because she took care of herself and that's all that matters. In her mind she had every right to do what she did and that justifies every lie and action she's taken. How dare anyone question or doubt her. Her word should have the final say.
