I admired Nejame because he drew the line when asked to respond on behalf of KC's defense -- he would only talk to CA and GA and not speak for JB.

I was impressed with this new attorney BC BUT he loses credibility when he crosses the line, not speaking in the parents defense but in KC's defense and her words on the kidnapper -- the other ZFG.

It is one thing to say the A's believe it was the Nanny but BC seems to be representing KC as well as JB and the Dream Team.

How can BC claim that there will be no more inconsistencies when the A's meet with investigators, if they, including him, are still going to spew the same Zanny story? In other words, the A's will say what they always have said, but according to BC, they are being honest now, honestly!

Yep. He lost his credibility when he testified in the Mike Peterson case here in NC. Spitting ketchup all over the courtroom and saying there was too much blood for an accident but not enough for murder. He was a total mess.

speaking of duct tape, on Issues w/JVM tonight, a caller said that when you tear off a piece of duct tape, both your prints AND the person who used the roll of tape before you would be on there (try the experiment). So there may be at least 2 sets of prints on the tape that was found on the skull.

I'm sure they've identified the place where the bag was resting so that's probably what they meant. Leading to where it was before it was discovered and disturbed by the meter reader.
