Tony L's phone number that she has been looking so hard for, lol

I never did understand that. Why would her mother have her boyfriend's phone number? Why didn't Casey know her own boyfriend's phone number? This makes no sense to me, someone please 'splain to me.

Somewhere today I heard that the bag ended up against a palm tree and LE removed a part of the tree. IMO probably to determine how long the bag was there.

On Jane's "issues" show tonight they showed them walking off with a whole tree. Must be the one the bag was stuck under, but it did look bizarre. They were clearing the area too though, to search for smaller bones, so maybe that was just what they hacked down and were moving out of the way.

Cell phones. Nobody knows anyones numbers hardly anymore these days. They program it into their phone and press one button to call them. The days of actually dialing a phone number are about over LOL

I guess in the cell phone age we don't memorize numbers anymore, just scroll down and hit the call button.

As to asking CA, all I can think of is she was pi$$ed at being in jail and CA answered first, so KC had a go at CA before moving onto others in her quest to get his number. She left a lot of hurt feelings in her war path, especially Kristina.

Never once did she seek any news or info on the search for Caylee.

I dunno, I always knew my boyfriend's phone number, even though the number changed about 10 times during our relationship, his was one phone number I had memorized. Weird.

Did anyone else notice that the two times we have seen G & C since baby found that they are not walking together..C is walking way ahead of him and before they were together and holding hands. Me thinks they are having a difference of opinons on where the blame rests.

Or about giving it up.
George is looking rather scary, in my opinion.

And O/T, can I ask a few more questions?

Is there a link to the booty call mentioned above, between Tony and Casey?

And the choking/fight between Cindy and Casey, can anyone give me details about that? When did it happen, do we know the cause? Did Cindy and George throw Casey out? Was it because of Casey stealing money from her grandparents?

Good Lord, the guilt Cindy must be carrying if Casey killed Caylee because of a fight between Cindy and Casey. Boggles the mind. It would drive me insane for sure.

BC was making it sound like they are asking immunity b/c of the inconsistent statements. I read the article on the update thread for today. I'm sure there is so much more, they are in deep do-do IMO and if I was LE I wouldn't offer them squat at this point. JMO.

BC said they are not grieving. I've been thinking about that all day.

I just watched NG for the 10pm showing Pacific time and I caught a chilling statement made by KC during one of her jail visitations. She said

"We're gonna get our little girl back. She's gonna be just as she was."

This phrase really gives me the creeps.

I noticed that too. I think the key here is in the exasperated attempt to say she is alive. If she's coming back wouldnt that mean alive? She's over doing it. That's how you notice a lie.

It kind of sounds like she means just as she was (before I killed her).

Exactly, she knows to get out of the mess she is in (oh, sitting in the jail) some miraculous event needs to occur, of the the Pet Cemetary kind.

I just went and double checked:

Casey says she ran out gas the 20th and 27th
She text messages about the smell on the 25th and about the dead thing on the 27th. It is my understanding that the 2.6 days is how long the body had been dead.

Question: Wasn't she also out of gas when AL broke into the shed for her on the 23rd?

Because Zanny is really an alien and has stolen the entire A family's brains...examining them for signs of intelligent life. Good luck with that one.

LP did say the guy had a feeling there would be bag there before he went there to urinate . I am also a believer.
I know what you guys mean. I have been having feelings of disbelief since they found the body. I never thought they would. Or, at least, I thought it would be highly unlikely. I still can't believe it. I do think it is some kind of divine providence. Finding little Caylee was like finding a needle in a haystack, with all the woods, water, alligators, brush and dumpsters in Orlando. Amazing. casey just could not be allowed to get away with murder and now she won't!

No way she'll be allowed at that funeral.

Someone would shoot her, stab her, strangle her or otherwise chloroform her, stuff her in a bag, stuff that in another bag, wrap it all with duct tape and throw her in the gutter somewhere...

No...

Allowing her to attend the funeral cannot be a serious option for LE.

The way GA and CA are "coming around", I'm not even sure they would accept her being there. I truly think reality is setting in...

The kidnapping just makes no sense.

1. No Ransom.
2. No calls to tell where to drop any money off.
3. Kidnaps? Yet kills her?

Why would they do that?

They would either kidnap for ransom or to raise Caylee as their own.

imoo

Paraphrased from the following link: http://www.ourmissingchildren.gc.ca/omc/publications/002/abduction_e.htm

When a child abduction is portrayed by the media, it is usually a report of the most severe kind; a child is taken from their home, yard or bed, kept for ransom and/or sexual exploitation, and sometimes murdered. This type of stranger abduction is a very rare occurrence and often referred to as a stereotypical abduction. The stereotypical definition includes "the removal of a child from his or her home for an extended period of time primarily for purposes of ransom, sadistic or sexual assault, or even murder" (Finkelhor et al, 1992, Asdigian et al, 1995). The stereotypical abduction term applies to those severe circumstances "where strangers are perpetrators and a) the child was gone overnight, or b) the child was transported more than 50 miles or more from the point of abduction, or c) the child was killed, or d) the child was ransomed, or e) the perpetrator evidenced an intent to keep the child permanently". To elaborate further, not only is the term "abduction" difficult to define, but also the term "stranger". Boudreaux et al, (1999) defined 'stranger' as: someone who the victim has never come into contact with before the offense; anyone who is not part of the immediate family; and everything in between. Commonly referred to as a "non-family member" this person is someone who is not part of the family, such as a babysitter, family friend, acquaintance, boyfriend, and so on.

Abductor
Four categories of abductors have been classified by the United States' Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). These are as follows:
a. Paedophiles – The people in this category constitute the single largest number of child abductors. Paedophiles seem to identify with children better than with adults which is the reason why they are able to seduce/lure children easily. They appear to understand the likes and dislikes of children and show a genuine concern for their well-being.
I don’t see ZFG falling under the category “paedophile” since KC claims she was using her services for a very long time. If ZFG were a paedophile (which is very very rare in females) then She would most likely not murder Caylee, but keep her for sexual gratification.

b. Profiteers – This is an individual who is a criminal exploiter who sells children to pornographers or adoption rings, mostly in the black-market industry.
This is probably the route the defense will take but it completely discounts murder. At the moment of murder, the cash flow ends so I can’t imagine this being the case.

c. Serial Killers – The actions of these individuals are methodical and ritualized, with power, dominance, and control as the most frequent motivator.
ZFG most likely will not be portrayed by the defense as a serial killer. That seems very farfetched as a theory. There would have to be other victims or more proof of Caylee having been targeted. There is also no ransom request – an abductor that would be looking for financial gain wouldn’t kill the means to achieving that goal.

d. Childless Psychotics – These individuals tend to abduct children when there are unable to have children of their own or have lost a child and seek another to fill its place (Tedisco & Paludi, 1996).
This will be the other profile the defense will go with to portray the fictional ZFG as an “emotionally driven abductor” who loved Caylee so much, she stole her (as per KC). Only problem here is: Caylee is dead. An emotional abductor seeking to replace a child for example would never kill the child.
Abductors are generally male and they tend to target victims within their own ethnic group. Their behavioural patterns seem to be dependent upon gender, motivation, and relationship to the victim. To explain further, female offenders rarely abduct for sexual gratification, or profit, but more for emotional satisfaction (my bold).
The majority of child abductors who murder their victims have a history of violence. The United States missing children homicide investigative study by Hanfland et al, (1997) revealed that 60% had prior arrests for violent crimes. Almost two-thirds of the killers who were strangers to the victims had committed prior crimes against children, whereas 41% of the child abduction killers who were friends and acquaintances of the victim had committed crimes against other children.

I can’t imagine that our fictional ZFG has a history of violence. It would have been a very strange choice in that case for KC to have her as the nanny.
There is nothing in the entire ZFG story that matches with any official studies done by the FBI or otherwise on child abductions. It’s gonna be a tough one for the defense. I don’t see the story meriting any credibility at all for jurors.

Excuse my long post but I wanted to explore the possibilities for the defense strategy on kidnapping. The type of kidnapper they will want to portray ZFG as being does not rhyme with a murder.

GA and CA still blame it all on the Nanny.

yeah right....:furious:

I'm sure the *nanny* knew all about the "familar places" KC told Lee to look in.....
