I wish that Nancy would STOP saying that the jail has forbidden her from atteding the funeral. Because although this is partly correct, it is not FACT. The jail can ask that she not be released, but it is ultimitly up to the judge...... So if she puts a request in to attend the funeral, she could ultimitley be ALLOWED to attend!

I remember since the very begining of this case that JG and his family were concerned about this very thing. Now we know why. Wonder why the A family gave up with this and then suddenly ZFG became a real person.

Because they are all psycho crazy? :furious:

JG seems 100 percent sincere. People can put on shows, but I don't see anything fake with him. He seems to be forthcoming, and even when he had the slightest trouble expressing himself it was only when he was crying and trying to distinguish between what his heart felt, and what his head told him. At that point is when his lawyer helped him just a bit.

If so, it sure wouldn't go well with them "possibly" asking for donations to help with funeral expenses.

This came out very early on, reported from one (or more?) of the friends of KC. My guess is that it was JG, since he's bringing it up again, but it may have also been one of the female friends. I'll poke around and see if I can find better info with links.

I remember that also, there was talk that Casey resented Cindy being called Mommy by Caylee. Didn't someone also say that Cindy actually encouraged Caylee to call her that?

If a request is made and approved for a prisoner to attend a funeral -- The prisoner (or family) has to pay for the prison escorts to accompany her during that time.

You're right but I doubt the judge would allow it. Not being discussed tonight, but I read over the weekend that the sheriff's dept. wouldn't be able to provide the necessary security if she was allowed out. No link though. MOO

Her boyfriend at the time she was arrested was Tony L. OCSO interviewed him a few times and he has been eliminated as a potential suspect.

It all reeks of Casey still wanting to punish Jesse through her lies after the fact for loving Caylee more...in Caseyland nobody loves Caylee more than Casey! Not Jesse, not Cindy, no one!

The county's policy states that she cannot go, it would require an order from a judge to make an exception. The spokesman for the jail said something along the lines of "release a prisoner accused of murder to go to the victims funeral???? that would be highly unusual, not sure its ever been done, but if we were instructed to do so we would be able."

I would not hold my breathe waiting for a judge to tell the sherriff's men they have to take this wench to the funeral and put themselves in harms way should the public try to harm. She is not going.

I agree, and if they were ordered to do so, how many of them would come down with a virus that night before? I would say all of them with a sick day left!

I've got to say, that was wonderful.

I have almost got to wonder if JG is coming to the press now because one some rumor that he might have heard about the defense trying to revist him and their nasty accusations at trial.

I have been wondering about the reported argument after they returned from the nursing home. Did Casey see the video of Caylee singing please don't take Nan's sunshine away and that sent her over the edge? And the book found at the scene (well, appears to be the book found at the scene)? Would that not be a spiteful act? Jealousy, etc? Is that why CA originally said June 9th? To deflect from anything and everything having to do with June 15th?

IMO. And yeah, I probably posted this in the wrong place...seeing Caylee and the book and Jesse's revelation of Casey being jealous of Caylee made me think of it.
