The county's policy states that she cannot go, it would require an order from a judge to make an exception. The spokesman for the jail said something along the lines of "release a prisoner accused of murder to go to the victims funeral???? that would be highly unusual, not sure its ever been done, but if we were instructed to do so we would be able."

I would not hold my breathe waiting for a judge to tell the sherriff's men they have to take this wench to the funeral and put themselves in harms way should the public try to harm. She is not going.

Especially Judge Strickland. MOO

Jesse is a class act. He should be (and probably has been) on his knees thanking God that he has nothing to do with KC. He loved and misses Caylee but wow he dodged not a bullet but a bomb.

Amy H is whom KC stole all the money from, went on a shopping trip at target while she was in PR. She did not meet JG until after Caylee went missing.

It is just devastating to watch Jesse. He is grieving so deeply.

All I want for this terrific guy is for him to find a really, really nice girl, get married, and have kids. He's just wonderful.

I feel horrible for him.

I have been wondering about the reported argument after they returned from the nursing home. Did Casey see the video of Caylee singing please don't take Nan's sunshine away and that sent her over the edge? And the book found at the scene (well, appears to be the book found at the scene)? Would that not be a spiteful act? Jealousy, etc? Is that why CA originally said June 9th? To deflect from anything and everything having to do with June 15th?

IMO. And yeah, I probably posted this in the wrong place...seeing Caylee and the book and Jesse's revelation of Casey being jealous of Caylee made me think of it.

I think you might be absolutely right! I thought of that tonight too after listening to Jesse's comments and then seeing Nancy showing the video again. MOO

I have thought of this myself. I don't think she knew of the video, else, I think they would have remembered the exact date. I honestly think that the evidence at the crime scene linked to what Caylee was wearing and that book. Casey IMHO would not have left that stuff with her had she known about the video.
I also don't think that Caylee went swimming that afternoon. This would have been mosquito biting time, I think she was in the same clothes she wore to the nursing home.

I'm not sure. Nan is Caylee's great-grandma, and she's singing that song to her great-grandpa. So, I don't see why KC would be jealous of that (GGP is GGM's sunshine, and Caylee is singing that to/for him). It doesn't seem to fit into the jealousy dynamics btwn KC and CA. From what we know -- which isn't much as there is no real confirmation of this fight from the 2 people involved in it-- the fight was about KC stealing $$ from the greats (again).

Tony and his friends are the new group. Amy is friends with RM and JG, old group. The only one I can think of that came along after Caylee was missing is WW.

Any girl would be blessed to have someone like Jesse. What a great guy.

She certainly didn't deserve him. How cindy can say one bad thing about a guy who not only loved her daughter but her baby even after he found out she lied to about him being the father. My Lord wrap him up and take him home, he is a keeper.

Too bad casey just couldn't see the benefits of having stayed with him...what a waste.
