Did I understand correctly, that Jose Baez is getting witness statements " locked in" now with these " interviews", and they can be impeached at trial if need be?
What about the interviews with LE, documented interviews?

Hope they do, but my complaint about TRU TV is that since they switched from Court TV, they quit trials so early, at two pm where I live which is annoying, but it would be interesting to see this on TV, we shall see.

I'll have to catch the repeat later tonight. I wonder if Lee believes Caylee is dead, and that's why he's staying away from the media. I don't think he had anything to do with Caylee's death or subsequent cover-up other than initially believing his sister.

I don't think TL loaned his jeep to Casey. IIRC She was supposed to bring him to the airport and then bring his jeep back to his place.

Don't worry about it. Prior sworn statements can be admitted, but only if the witness is not present to testify -- can't be subpoenaed or something -- like somebody died or disappeared. LE's statements are good too. If that happens, usually the lawyers will stipulate to expected testimony and draw up a document on what they agree the witness would have testified to -- that can be read to the jury.

No kidding! You'd think there would be some sort of clause that would end the contract if he went to work for the defense of a case they are discussing every night on the show.
