I agree with Nancy Grace--She does not deserve any kind of immunity!!!!!!!!!

Offer her ANYTHING and then BOOM her afterwards...........Let the DA just say " I LIED"........BOOM!

One thing which goes with immunity is telling the truth or it is revoked.......

She would lie, so they would have to give her NOTHING in the end............

Patty I agree..I've read MANY incorrect statements through articles regarding this case. It has taught me to NOT take what is in the media for the gospel. I get more correct info. here than through the local FL channels.:blowkiss:

Just want to go on record imo, there is no reason to offer immunity with the bulk of the forensics not yet back (think dirt).. and that would have absolutely been done through Baez and a done deal or rejected before anyone outside the principals knew about it. I am not buying there is limited immunity or other offered here

After watching hundreds of cases, I am not sure in the dealing stage such as this, any official source is gonna confirm anything like that. This is a tightrope moment in this case and it could be a tightrope til tuesday.

I agree...but consider this. I think they are insisting on a body. THis has not been reported...but it is my hunch.

I think that's what the "limited" part is. No body, no deal. So Casey will come up with a body or face the death penalty.

This is the first time I'm actually glad that Casey made bond. Now she can't deny visitation with her parents and she actually has to look at them tonight instead of turning them away.

Yes, they can tell by hair if someone is alive or dead. My guess is the body farm did that for them also..........they do that all the time.

I can't take it either, but maybe for a different reason. I challange anyone to go back and read that MySpace post by the GM and see how it was slanted to her, all about her. Given what we know about Casey's desire to give the child up and Cindy's refusing (although how she was able?), I think it speak volumes. Just my opinion.

I know I was referring the the part where it said "genetically" matched to Caylee Anthony as in they know it was her hair that was from a decomposing body in the trunk.

She is sickening to watch..........they better get her back in jail.......
