A big part of LE's case is that 2 seperate Cadaver dogs hit on KC's trunk

Cadaver dogs don't make mistakes....!!!

Jose is gong to say that if these Cadaver dogs are so reliable why didn't they find the bag back in August?

They are going to try really hard to discredit this but that does not mean they will be able to, its not good but I dont think all is lost by any means. There are very good reasons why she was not found earlier in my opinion and KC sure has had alot of DUMB LUCK on her side

The Bottom line is that Todays news puts the Prosecution on the Defense

Jose should be the one that is explaining things away & making excuses.

I don't think that this is something that can't be overcome but it's not good news

Nancy's trying to get the local reporter to clarify where the cadaver dogs searched in August. "What area?" In other words, where specifically?

August 11 - meter reader reported seeing bag but did not stay at scene. Officer came to area but did not find

August 12 - meter reader reported again and it went through to a different department - officers looked through records thought "cleared" by dogs.

August 13 - meter reader reported again - Officer responds - this day being investigated for follow through.

She got on Natisha. Poor girl. LP being bashed by NG now for saying the situation with the meter reader is weird. He really thought God had a hand in it, now he's not sure who guided him back on Dec. 11.

Right. When the body was found, LP thought God led the meter reader to the body. Now he thinks someone gave him the information - but not in a 'conspiracy' sense. :waitasec:

Perhaps the body wasnt always in that exact spot where the body was found. Could it be possible that the body was further back in the dense woods and small animals dragged the remains to the edge of the wooded area. This makes sense to me considering they have to keep expanding the search area due to finding all these small bones further in the woods. This would also explain why the area was originally search by the LE and did not find anything. I think the body was there from the beginning and only moved by the animals.

In one way it's good for the DA in that the bag has been there at least since 8/11. But the bad thing is they didn't seem to search thoroughly or have the utility worker show them exactly where it was, and the cadaver dogs didn't hit on it (assuming the dogs were in the right place near the bag). MOO

Instead of spending all their time attacking Casey & building their case against her they (LE) will now have to prepare their own defense as to why they didn't find the body.

IOW, he read WS! LOL

I mentioned this area way back when and it was discussed on WS, and when it was stated that it was "cleared," I moved on to other theories.
