CA has lied to the FBI , Destroyed Evidence , Withheld Evidence , Tampered with Evidence........Why is she not in Jail?

I asked a cop friend of mine and he said that SOP in missing child cases, when they are obtaining personal items for DNA comparison, that they ask for something used exclusively for the child. They are supposed to ask specifically. They will accept something like a hairbrush used for the whole family if one used only for the child is not available, but they are taught to ask for a one user only item first.
