I disagree. I thought her very empathetic. She was hugling Great Grandpa and sensed that he wasn't all there and she was, in her own little way, trying to reassure and comfort him. There a look that she gives to someone she's looking that's very sweet and kind, and understanding. She had great potential, that little one. Part of me is glad that Cindy won't be raising her, although believe me, if she somehow she miraculously reappears, I will rejoice and celebrate for the rest of my life.
IMO she is nothing but TIRED. We know what time she was there and it falls smack dab in the middle of MOST toddlers nap time. My 2 toddlers both look like that when they need a big fat nap.
ETA..she also blinks a lot like she's trying to keep her eyes open.
