as per the fbi interview with GA whereas he stated he knew what the smell was in the car due to being former LE why then did he drive that car off the lot and not instead call LE to check it out then.

Try and see if you can slip a 2nd question in, too: "Did Leonard take and pass the FBI polygraph last week?"

Personnally I am so glad Baez is so incompitant!!!! CA also looks blonder and botoxed.....IMO

My daughter was watching with me and she doesn't follow this much at all - first thing she said was that Cindy got her hair done and colored - then she said that the way Cindy does her eyebrows she looks like a witch- that cracked me up - I've been seeing pix all along so to me I couldn't tell, my daughter said that her clothes look new and she got her hair done and colored - then went on to say that if her daughter or granddaughter was missing and presumed dead her looks would not be the first thing on her mind - media or no media

Oh yeah my daughter also said that Cindy looked like she enjoyed the spotlight - just by seeing her in so many interviews and press conferences - sadly she looks like she likes being in front of the cameras

If my 17 yr old can pick up on this, thats sad

Cindy said last month in an interview that she washes Caylee's sheet every week (yes, since she has been missing) as well as cleans her room. I just couldn't understand WHY she would want to get rid of Caylee's scent and her essence from her room! Most people would want to keep her room exactly like it was the last time she was in it.

But, NOW I get it. She's removing as much of Caylee's DNA from that house as possible.

I don't think that at all - Cindy is keeping routine - she doesn't want to close the room off all together - she just might feel closer to Caylee and her memory by cleaning up the room and doing everything she did for Caylee when she was there - keeping it tidy until she comes home

I'd have to say I would probably do the same thing

Not the same thing, but when my daughter moved out last year and went across the country, I left her room the way it was and would still pick up and make sure it was neat - until her sister packed up the room and then moved into it - still I would have kept it the way it was just in case she comes home

Since she intentionally gave LE the wrong hairbrush in an attempt to make their job more difficult, can we assume she intentionally washed the clothes to get rid of evidence?

I think so. She can no longer claim that she unwittingly did things.

Just like when she was with LE and they asked her for something again, she responded, "next time I come, I will bring it with me". Um, not in any hurry CA, just whenever you get around to "sharing" with us will be fine, we are just "reaching out", ya' know?

I think that the only reason CA looked so emotional today is because she found out that the FBI is investigating her for obstruction of justice and maybe even lying to a Federal agent. She, like KC, cries only for herself.

But...Caylee is "MISSING" in Cindy's mind, and she doesn't know if/when she'll see her again, if I were in her situation, I'd be laying on her bed smelling her pillow to feel like she's "there" or to KNOW it's her smell....I know, weird.

And, like you said...you were pretty certain you'd see your daughters again, God forbid anything would happen to them.

I am convinced that CA thinks the only chance she has to get her daughter home is to continue to perpetuate the lie that Caylee is out there somewhere. She is hoping that she will convince enough people of that and that will sway the jury.
In my mind that's why JB doesn't want the gag order. He wants the lie to keep going. They don't have a case. Cindy will never quit saying that. She doesn't want her daughter to pay for this crime. She just wants her life back like it was.

Thats true - either Cindy is putting up a fake front, which I'm sure mostly she is - or she is just keeping Caylees room neat for when she thinks Caylee will come home

The lab needed the hair to compare dna to any dna find in the stain or hair...Now, the m-dna, as in the hair, would match be it a Casey OR Caylee hair (death band aside)...but the dna would NOT match if the trunk hair WAS Caylees and the sample hair was Caseys...or any other dna found and tested could be wrongly disqualified because it was a faulty sample.

This is what bothers me...Cindys stunt is disrespectful beyond belief...to LE, the Public, but most importantly, Caylee and her right to be identified.

In my mind that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that CA KNOWS that Caylee is dead and is pretty sure her darling daughter killed her. IF not then why did she do that?
Give me a break. That took some time to think about. "Let's see I won't give them the right brush and then if they find her they will have a harder time with the DNA type." No one would do that who wasn't either as guilty as sin or were covering for someone else.

Indeed, and if it turned out that the 'death' hair was not a match, it would buttress everyone's belief that
Caylee was still alive.

Deliberately doing a little sleight of hand in submitting the 'wrong' hairbrush leads me to believe that Cindy knew the hairs on it would match the hair with the death band.
