She did call Cindy CeCe and Grammy....Nan I think was her great grandma (Cindy's Mom). She was singing the song to GGM and GGP. LP has to make an issue over even the tiniest detail and weave it into his 'theories'.

Nan being GGM makes sense-and makes that song that much sadder. I'm sure CA had practiced that song with Caylee to be sung that way as a Fathers Day present to GGP. Bless you Caylee!:blowkiss:

Ha, he has to keep saying something to keep himself in the spotlight.

NG needs to keep him off of her show -- this is getting ridiculous and making HER look as bad as his goofball theories and antics. He needs to go back to doing what in his own words he does best - bounty hunting. He is the best bounty hunter in the world, according to him. Maybe he should leave the forensics to the experts....no maybe about it....he def should.

no but the case officially closed the original killer was ottis (don't remember last name) died in 97 (?)---admitted to it then recounted but .... sad still hits John Walsh and his wfe hard....

He was a serial killer who actually died about 10 years ago. He has long been the believed perpetrator , he confesed twice and retracted twice but he confessed again to his niece on his death bed, or something like that. Anyway he is dead.

Oh me too. I said that the minute I saw that picture, that baby is afraid and she just wants to stay in grandpa's arms and not leave. That witch was terrorizing her baby by forcing her to stay alone in the car, drugging her to sleep and generally treating her like an object that she could just drag around and prop up in the corner. She is evil from the bottom of the soles of her feet to the ends of hair. I shudder to think of the fear caylee must have felt in those last moments of her short life.

my mother said as we listened that if kc put duct tape on Caylee's mouth to keep her quiet then she taped her hands and feet so she couldn't pound, kick or remove the tape from her mouth.........when and if she ever woke up during this it would of been a tremendous freightening death in a dark hot trunk of car........ Evil just plain evil. I have seen some pretty bad parenting in my life but it takes a truly special sort evil to do what she has done to this precious baby. The best we can do as a civilized society is punish her mother to the fullest extent of the law, but IMO it will never be enough.

While reading the posts re LA I thought about something I was reading where Cindy says we or "I don't want to lose another one" and I wonder if she lied or gave misleading info not to protect KC but maybe she knew or knows that LA has something to do with it. I wonder when their stories started to change. Was it soon after they were asked to get DNA or take a lie detector test then agreed, then said no after LA told them not to? :waitasec:

Wasn't it LA that told his parents not to take the lie detector tests?? It seems as though he has a history now for evasive behaviour.

If there is nothing to hide then why no lie detector test and why make LE get a supeona for fingerprints? That is so suspect to me.

I wonder about LA also...........is he quilty of something? no fingerprints? no DNA.........CA said once "I can't lose another family member'.......my words....it was something like that.........who did she mean?? LA also? and GA and his finger statement???? that was odd and it made KC smile.......odd.

If I get "time out" for this fine. I am really tired of the posts on here that go after LP. We've all read the released evidence, the interviews, the photos and jail visitation videos. And I am very preoccupied with this case and wanting to know if this is Caylee and if it is, what happened to her and is there any evidence that leads straight to KC. I have changed my theories as to what happened , a little this way or that way, according to evidence as it's released. I do not have all the evidence so my theories are all speculations.
I believe that LP is more preoccupied with this case and Caylee than I am - he has met KC, he has met the grandparents, been in their house -searched for Caylee - been called a liar - He went out on a limb when he got KC out on bond,believing that a young mother would not have killed her own child, that belief did not come from a dark place - that came from a place lit with the belief that there is more good in the world than evil. When he found out that he was wrong, he admitted to the media that he was wrong. So is LP speculating? IMO yes a little but so what. He has never said that he is "the keeper of the truth" - that honor goes to KC. So if it is considered "not ok" to go off on and be rude to posters on here that are speculating and those posts don't fit into our theories, seems to me that should apply to LP in reference to his speculations. I truly cannot understand. Oh yes I have gone off on here, mad as he!! at KC CA and GA - But I have also lurked enough to note that when the A's are not out there in the media, their faces on tv, making statements that someone else becomes the focus and is vilified and more times than not LP is the focus. Is the anger for KC so intense and bottled up that it just has to attach to someone? I truly don't understand.

I'm sure we'll find out very soon if there was any tape on the hands or feet. when these details come I hope someone is with George-cause he looks very unstable! This is awful beyond words!:furious:

I agree with you. I've long thought it was possible that she was deliberately drowned, then her body was put in the backyard until it was moved to the car trunk. Cindy had told Greta, as I recall, that the two of them (Cindy & Caylee) had gone swimming in the pool on Fathers Day weekend and Casey was there. I think that might be when Casey decided just how she would get rid of Caylee. MOO
