I think the tipsters could be:

a. imaginary

b. well intentioned but kind of know in the back of their minds it is not Caylee

c. not well intentioned and either like whatever level of attention and interaction calling in something like this would bring, or like to push peoples buttons
d. Lee

Sweetmop, I feel your pain. I honestly dont believe that any award winning author would have ever been able to write such a disturbing/convuluted tale as this one.
I had to jump off the train for a while, because I can not fathom any more riduculous statements/developments from the A's. Somone needs to grab CA and GA, and tell them it is over, Kaylee is gone. And let them start the grieving process. I think the family has been disfunctional so long that they are brainwashed and live within thier own commune. It is unfortunate that the A's have no one to turn to for help (Close family or friends) to get them un-programmed.
Thank you kh1967. :blowkiss: Yes even Stephen King himself couldn't 'one up' this horror tale, huh?
I agree soemone, somehow needs to 'deprogram' the Anthonys. just don't know who or how, as we've read the emails Cindy's brother sent and my goodness he certainly tryed to get through to her to no avail!
It's just an unbelievably sick, sad story.

ohhhhh..i hear ya

i think the evidence will be so overwhelming that KC and the A family would look even worse when they wont come clean as soon as they see the evidence

when the evidence is so damning... you dont have much choice but to come clean

LE has all of their numbers

all of them

This could be very true - the glich is that JB can not accept a plea for KC, she must agree and accept for herself. I don't see her doing this. She won't talk and she won't plead. I don't think she will plea because I think she believes she did not do anything wrong. I think it is an "attitude" issue

Or D. Someone from the A-Team trying to create "reasonable doubt".

Do you remeber the first time she was bailed out and she put her head in JB's chest and said she was going to walk out with her head held up because she has done nothing wrong? Compulsive liars lie so much that they believe thier own lies, and after a while they cannot tell the truth from thier version. She has a way with manipulation, 'specially with the boys.
I also believe that JB blew any plea deal for his client when the one and only deal was on the table because of his lack of experience and the total caos of the info he was getting in the beginning of this case...lies from everyone in the a camp. He was in way deep from "day one."
Who the hell is paying him anyhow?

Nancy said this tag biz makes NO sense & if it was one of her twins she's be camped out in front of the police station screaming bloody murder for them to find that car instead of planning a PA that NEVER comes..Love Nancy!

Nancy doesn't get how the A's acted like NOTHING was wrong while KA was in the home under house arrest..LP confirms she was treated like the 'Belle of the Ball'..They lived a 'Leave It To Beaver' lifestyle..Everyone on the panel agrees this is a family of KOOKS!

Great show tonight!

Yep...it was the 1st night that she started to move away from the "poor poor grandparents" comments and I was glad for that.

The "secret recordings" have not been released to us. Only the media (or Nancy Grace). Is that correct? What they were talking about on the show - we don't yet have?

This might explain why there was a bag of trash in the car when they opened the trunk at the towing garage. OMG.

Plus the fact that H L said they took more evidence from the trunk when he looked at the car. He mentioned boxes from frozen foods or with frozen foods, then said he couldnt reveal what evidence they took.

I agree. You get on the phone to LE and while waiting you start snapping pics. If they start to leave, you get pics of them with Caylee, the car, the plate, everything that you can so that they can be traced.

If this is the way you would do it and I would do it and most everyone on this board would do it, then why are these so called tipsters not doing it?

The only thing that I can come up with is that they either weren't too sure about their sighting or they are running around getting pics of any child that even remotely resembles Caylee for the A's.

Speaking of the As. This is their missing grandchild, you would think that they could look at these pictures and rule them in or out pretty quickly, wouldn't you? Do they not know what she looks like? I have never seen her in anything but pictures and I can look at these sighting pictures and tell they aren't Caylee. What does that say about them?

It tells me they are trying to make it appear that Caylee is still alive for sake of a jury , creating doubt that Casey could do such a thing to her child.

I'm not sure if she's even aware they didn't have the film...just the written interview.

Is "HL" a typo for Tony?

The frozen foods that he recollected were with Casey as she exited the car the final time in the Amscot Lot. It was ice pops and Tyson chicken, which she prepared for dinner. Those foods weren't in grocery bags, leading him to believe they were taken from the A home, possibly the destination prior to Casey running out of gas (or whatever) in the Amscot Lot. Those items were taken with her as the car was abandoned.

From the latest docs and photos contained within, I am just not seeing "food." A pizza box, but not actual food to cause maggots.

Dr. Henry L. I was also surprised there would still be food or boxes in the trunk . he referred to it as "evidence".

I TOTALLY missed that---thanks for clarifying, there are soooooo many initials in this case!

I missed his assessment of food, but nothing surprises me anymore. I still think food, of value, went with Casey to Tony's. Lee can stockpile as much food that he labels as "evidence" as he wants.....unless it proves Caylee wasn't dead in the trunk, he's better practice his ketchup-spitting testimony.

Henry Lee used to be well thought of, but not so much in the past few years. Did I miss his claim of evidence in the docs or on Nancy's show? Thanks!

There is a picture of the contents in this newest document dump. It is also posted somewhere....within the last few days.

I saw the photo--did you recognize frozen food? It wasn't the clearest photo ever and I'm sure Dr Lee has access to the original, but I tend to think Casey took anything of value to Tony's. Sure, she planned on coming back with gas cans, but with her car already reeking from decomp, I doubt she would have added to it.

A girl with only stolen checks wouldn't leave viable groceries behind....IMO.

Yes, I remember that he was talking about ham and some frozen food.
IMO this was Henry spin because after the credibility blow he took in the Spector trial he will not really commit to sworn testimony reguarding any forensics in a high profile case in the near future. I don't believe he will ever take the stand in this case, was just called in because of the celebrity of this case. I think Kobe will be the one that will give expert testimony because of his expertise...DNA. Besides, they cannot afford Lee, he is Hollywood, he had his own show.
I myself have never been impressed with Lee, and I watched every bit of his testimony from the OJ trial. I thought he was all too theatrical and not there for justice, just to make a name for himself.
I trusted more in the testimony of the criminologists, the techs that collected the evidence and took such care in preserving it in that case. They are the underpaid and devoted professionals that I listen to.
I cannot wait for the test results from the Body Farm (groundbreaking science much like the DNA in the OJ trial), computer forensics, which I think will be extensive considering Casey's activties, and the testimony of everyone in Casey's life from the recent months.
I truly believe that the State has a story to tell that will show us what led up to the murder of Caylee Marie, and some strong evidence that she was dead in her Mother's trunk. Cause of death will never be known, even if they do find her bones.

I have been asking from day 1 (well really day 34 or something like that) WHO's money is paying Baez and where did he come from. I have heard 3 different stories on how she got him, but the truth is she knew him before. She also went to school with his daughter. That entire thing is fishy to me.

I think he is trying to discourage LP from any more searches. I think it's time for Tim to shut up or so SOMETHING positive instead of just saying she will never be found. A good example is this 17 year old - he's in the system as being missing for a year.

Tim Miller said that TES will be continuing searches on a smaller scale

So, in my opinion he is doing SOMETHING
