Turbothink, I am a member of TES and have also exchanged emails with them.
I honestly am upset by what I heard Tim say tonight.

Got to say, tho, that I think the Anthony's are pretty confident that Caylee's burial location will not be found. I believe to the depths of my soul that George disposed of Caylee after he found what Casey had done to her. I believe that Casey just might not know where Caylee is buried. I do not believe that Caylee is even in Orange County. She may be down in Mt. Dora, or even in whichever county George's folks are in. And, I further believe that Caylee was transported to wherever she is on or around the time Lee was looking for her - he called her and said he was coming to get her. I think she was at a place where Brandon had come in and she got upset. I also believe that Cindy wrote her July 3rd epistle about missing Caylee right around that time and KNEW Caylee was deceased. You just do not write that sort of thing about Caylee coming into your life unexpectedly and leaving unexpectedly making it seem like a final goodbye. (birth and death) Arguments and uprisings with your daughter calms after a while. There would be no reason for her to write with what I feel is such finality and post it if matters would not eventually calm down.

Sorry for the long post, everyone. BBL

I think all you have expressed is correct. I have said from the beginning I felt GA did do away with the body. The question was when and where.

I agree with Cindy's final goodbye to Caylee. It hit me the same way, not some note to KC to get her to bring her home. I believe she knew Caylee was gone when she wrote it.

I have been asking from day 1 (well really day 34 or something like that) WHO's money is paying Baez and where did he come from. I have heard 3 different stories on how she got him, but the truth is she knew him before. She also went to school with his daughter. That entire thing is fishy to me.

Did Casey really go to school with Jose's daughter..?

Was it high school ?

He may be working....Pro Bono

Or maybe he decided this case would be worth it's weight in gold withh all the publicity

Thanks, Turbothink.
I also think that George pictures Caylee's body when he speaks of the decomposition smell. I think the smell and the memory of what she last looked like makes him so sick.

I know I keep saying this, but I do feel something big is about to happen. Hopefully the final report on the forensics will come in as the others were just preliminary!

So, why is TM still doing a search "on a smaller scale" if he believes there is no chance in finding Caylee? Why waste his resources then if there is NO CHANCE? I don't get him! :waitasec:

IMO it's because he "hears" what people are saying about him. Just like the day he called off the last search. He said he wasn't going to search, that he thought Caylee would never be found. Then a few hours later he came back and said he would leave a couple of people there to "search" while he is gone.

  • #325
TM states that Caylee's case was a cold case before it was even a missing persons case but is still searching on a smaller scale but does not think her ramains will ever be found and will continue searching on smaller scale.

unreal.

I would like to see her in action in the court room. Remember, the funk in the trunk is not a skunk...

OMG..........everyone is a poet now................LOL

Boston, he may have thought the free publicity would be worth the pro bono representation, but that just isn't working out too well, IMO. I absolutely detest him and am disgusted by him. I am sure I am in good company in my feelings of him. It has backfired on him big time. If I were to ever get in trouble, I sure wouldn't call him! There are good lawyers and great lawyers - he is not one of them. Personally, I like lawyers who become prosecutors!

I have wondered if a major drug dealer/supplier might be paying him.

Sure---if it's BAD publicity he's after......Jose has been shown to be less than a stellar defense attorney many times in court.

In his short career, he may think it's wise to "hitch his star to this high profile wagon," but his lack of knowledge in filings and pleadings has escaped few in the media and viewing audience.

I have no sympathy for someone looking to make a career off the dead body of a baby. Whatever his loyalties...to a young mom "falsely" accused of a murder, a friend of his daughter's, or doing public works as a pro bono attorney, his attachment to this case, in the role he currently occupies, will not garner him accoloades.

In the words of the once famous, now infamous Larry Garrison, "Anyone who goes near this family gets body slammed." Jose is just patiently awaiting his turn....

Well to be fair the Anthony's have not seen Caylee in going on 6 months. They are probably just getting fuzzy on what she looked like since their entire focus has been getting in front of a camera lense.

It is really sad to think that Caylee was only 34 months old. It won't be very long before she will be gone longer than they had her.....

You said a mouthful of truth there !!!

BINGO ~~ You win the prize for reading my mind. Look who he represented in the past.

I agree with your thoughts on George.

The Anthonys not only know that Caylee is dead but they know where she is buried & as far as they are concerned it isn't anybody's business

The Anthony's "mourned" & "Grieved" for Caylee long before Cindy's STAGED 911 call.

Think about this.....

George admits that he was literally right next to the trunk of the Pontiac on June 24th when he said he was retrieving the Tire Wedge from KC's car

It would have been impossible for him "not" to have smelled the decomp

KC was keeping him away from the trunk for a reason & he walks right up to it but doesn't notice the smell?

He's lying.........The entire gas can story is BS

LOL......I agree,

Jose is in way over his head & he has yet to make a move that has actually benefitted his client.

He doesn't even know how to properly file a motion never mind how to handle a 1st degree murder case

And he's absolutely terrible at handling the media.

I'm just wondering how he's being paid or wether he's actually being paid at all

A lost boater who would wash up soon - is an easy find. Good PR.
When are they going back to Aruba?

That one may not be too easy to find if it is where I believe it is. It is not in the ocean but on the Banana River in the game preserve (I think it is now called the conservation area)...anyway I have a place on Merritt Island and that area is off North Banana River Dr. and it is FULL of big gators. I would not walk around there or take my dog in there to search unless it was a small child and I had a rifle and a 44 mag.

They show gators in Orlando swimming around, the ones in Orlando look like babies compared to some of the ones in that area. There are some big old grand daddy gators there. I cannot imagine in my wildest dreams why anyone would be fishing that area unless he got lost or turned around on the river. It is narrow and all the good fishing is down South below 528. That is strange to me. It has always been said that is where the drug dealers drop off all their bodies for the gators.

Possibly what Tim is getting at is that they believe Caylee is in the landfill in which case she would not be findable. They were investigating that dumpster so perhaps they do have forensics belonging to Caylee but can't say for sure if it was actually her or clothing, something she was covered in, etc. That is why all searches haven't been called off.

I think the poster who said that Casey used Tony's trash as a cover is 100% on that. No other reason for Casey to have Tony's trash in her trunk. It can't be that she was that lazy, not at all. Dumpster was very close by. Consider the effort to pop the trunk, walk to the back of the car, etc. Doesn't make sense. I know nothing she does makes sense to us but there's a "reason".

I know myself, from watching true crime and crime related shows that if I were ever going to get rid of a body a landfill is where I'd put it. Now put that altogether and imagine Casey telling the truth. Her truth. It was an accident, I got scared, threw her away like garbage and went on to party my a$$ off. Now imagine that this so called accident involved drugging the child to keep her out of her hair.

I TOTALLY missed that---thanks for clarifying, there are soooooo many initials in this case!

I missed his assessment of food, but nothing surprises me anymore. I still think food, of value, went with Casey to Tony's. Lee can stockpile as much food that he labels as "evidence" as he wants.....unless it proves Caylee wasn't dead in the trunk, he's better practice his ketchup-spitting testimony.

Henry Lee used to be well thought of, but not so much in the past few years. Did I miss his claim of evidence in the docs or on Nancy's show? Thanks!

I saw it on the NG show, she tried to question him for what evidence they found and he stuttered through a reply saying he could not reveal exactly what they found . Food was mentioned and then food boxes so its your guess as good as mine , I almost got sick when he said they found a fungus growing in the trunk as well.
I agree he used to have a better reputation , I find it difficult to understand his speech at times.

GMAB. Zenaida G. has a key to the Anthony house? Now KC is REALLY on shaky ground.

Well, that explains the "hacked" email...........zanny went into CA's house while she was gone and sent out those emails..............we have solved the email mystery.

the body farm is creating a device that is like a vacuum and a metal detector all in one ... it can be swept over the ground and detect decaying odor to find dead bodies.

It won't be perfect but it will someday be able to find bodies dumped in landfills.

I agree. I never heard him say this about Natalee Halloway...and that was over 3 years ago, on a tiny island!! I just don't get it....

And he is still going to Aruba on trips to find her. I guess Orlando is not as enticing as Aruba. I never heard him even once say how much the Aruba trips cost him did you all? But I have never seen him on TV where he did not talk about the high cost with Caylee's case. I am getting a bad taste in my mouth about all of this with TES recently.

Yes, I remember that he was talking about ham and some frozen food.
IMO this was Henry spin because after the credibility blow he took in the Spector trial he will not really commit to sworn testimony reguarding any forensics in a high profile case in the near future. I don't believe he will ever take the stand in this case, was just called in because of the celebrity of this case. I think Kobe will be the one that will give expert testimony because of his expertise...DNA. Besides, they cannot afford Lee, he is Hollywood, he had his own show.
I myself have never been impressed with Lee, and I watched every bit of his testimony from the OJ trial. I thought he was all too theatrical and not there for justice, just to make a name for himself.
I trusted more in the testimony of the criminologists, the techs that collected the evidence and took such care in preserving it in that case. They are the underpaid and devoted professionals that I listen to.
I cannot wait for the test results from the Body Farm (groundbreaking science much like the DNA in the OJ trial), computer forensics, which I think will be extensive considering Casey's activties, and the testimony of everyone in Casey's life from the recent months.
I truly believe that the State has a story to tell that will show us what led up to the murder of Caylee Marie, and some strong evidence that she was dead in her Mother's trunk. Cause of death will never be known, even if they do find her bones.

I agree with you 100% , however I think they will have a heck of a time explaining the tests from the body farm to the jury and I dont see Kobe being any help to the State by his newly developed attitude on Ng since he was hired into the case.

The have used it in a few cases already. They used it fairly recently trying to find the bodies where witnesses said bodies were buried in the hills around the ranch where Charles Manson lived.
