Attorneys don't think the trial will go forward in March.

I truly believe that the A's have known since November 15th. Everything, looking back on it, fits. I think NJ knew something on the 20th when he quit. These people are pond scum.
I am not sure why the state has not appointed a guardian ad litum yet. They should. Nobody seems to give a darn about that poor childs funeral.
This is the sickest case I have ever seen. This money hungry scammers should all rot in HE&&!

What excuse is this ghoulish clan going to come up with now for not having a proper burial? I am so glad I do not live near any of them!

I wonder if I offer to pay for the funeral will they let this child be laid to rest.
I would gladly pay for it but there would be NO camera's, NO press, NO Anthony's. I would probably slap the pi$$ out of them for acting like they gave a damn. They didn't & they don't.

I can NOT wait to go to Orlando & see them in person. If I could LEGALLY slap them I would. :waitasec: Hum, guess my SHOE could slip off & smack em. I will just claim to be a muslim who is insulted. JUST KIDDING FOLKS but I would if I could. :furious:

So...according to LP:

T. Black said the 1.7 MILLION dollar Lifetime deal has been tabled PENDING if George and Cindy get indicted or not!

Puts a whole new meaning into the word IMMUNITY, doesn't it?:furious:

ive seen other cases of missing and murdered cases featured on lifetime . im sure those families were paid as well . there was one about diane downs i know of . and laci peterson and one about that scotts mistress amber frey ..that anne fahey lady .. i almost expect this to happen they usually do make movies about high profile cases .im not saying its right but i figured lifetime would be contacting them sooner or later.. im not suprised if they do it either . that is alot of money to turn down and if they are as horrible and evil as everyone says they are why be suprised .i doubt id watch it though would bother me too much ..caylee was such a precious little baby .

It just doesn't sound like enough. I don't think there could possibly be enough punishment for someone, if the allegations that have been presented tonite are true. That there is a possibility that the A's knew Caylee was laying in that swamp a month prior to her being found and possibly even earlier, it is a moral outrage. There is no punishmnet that would satisfy me I'm afraid.

Cindy & Casey were baking brownies.....!!!!!

I'm going to get very upset if LE offers any kind of Plea deal

I don't think the remains were ever moved - I think they were too spread out for that to have happened. I do believe the family knew she was in the woods, but from what I've seen of the area, even KC couldn't have just walked right back to them in the summer when everything was grown up. It's disorienting in heavy growth like that. That's why the PIs were having to search the area.

I know a lot of folks are tired of GR on Fox putting JB on and giving him air time, but remember GR works for the network and he would not be negotiating for licensing fees or interviews. Also, way back when CA did her first live spot on Fox, JB followed her with GR. They were both, CA and JB, rather mean to Geraldo. Geraldo even got defensive with JB saying "I wish everyone would stop blaming ME - I'm trying to help by putting this on national TV". A few days later GR reported on air that JB had stopped even returning his calls. I think GR is just putting on both sides when he airs the defense point of view - he believes in KC's guilt like most people.
Very good points about GR's ability to make deals without the network's permission. I don't think he's involved in this either. And he has had pro-prosecution guests on his show too.

As for Caylee's remains being moved, I don't think they were either. I believe TM when he said there was a definite indentation in the ground where the bag was. Also the scattering of the bones indicates to me they came out of the bag, maybe when water receded, unless there's evidence of animal claws on the bag ripping it open. MOO

LP called Nick Savage immediately as soon as he saw that tape. He thinks MR already has been given polygraph. He thinks DC was looking for a sale of about $200,000 for the video.

My thoughts:

Their not burying Caylee because:

They're waiting for immunity
The movie that may be made, may want to have pictures to show in the movie. UGH!

Also:

Was the body discovered earlier, only to be moved away from that area, then put back at a later date, to show that KC could not have done it, if she were in jail?

Remember the judge in FL did that for Anna N's remains?

ahhhhhhh, might know why GA/CA/LA doesn't want to see kc in jail now!

Is Leonard Padilla the only person saying this stuff??

LP said that he told Hoover to contact LE when he told him where Caylee was but Hoover was more interested in how much money he could make from the video.

I'm having a hard time understanding why Hoover would tell LP any of this???

Didn't he know that LP would call LE & basically..."Rat Him Out" so to speak???

Wait a minute.....LP knew where the body was before it was found? I'm too distracted over all the blood money being thrown around......spit!

when prosecution releases reports and orig photos then 2nd autopsy results can be compared to first set, according to Dr. Lee

Well bull $h*t!!!!....they don't need Caylee's remains to compare reports to reports!!

I've watched them too, but something just seems wrong about the family of the defendant (who happens to be the mother of the victim) being paid. MOO

Someone led the PI there. Who? My hunch is LA.
