It was limited in that it only gave her parents power over burial of the body, and not any of Casey or Caylee's other affairs or interests. Limited versus general power of attorney.
I kept saying it was over stuffed.![]()
That about wraps it up then . . . . she can't lie away her fingerprints
This is Casey we are talking about. You know she'll at least try! :liar:
Apparently so! Date unknown though, just sometime after 12/31.
I am pretty sure it was for safe return within a certain amount of time.
Correct, he did retract what he had said prior about cremation! Thanks,,,,,,Last night I thought LP retracted his claim that he knew that Caylee had been cremated
He said that sarah told him that Caylee..."Would be cremated",,,,Not that she "Had been cremated"
Jail has been ordered to video every visitation. Entertaining possibility of one private meeting.
I'd never thought of the possibility she'd be in the teddy bear!oh my gosh, so Caylee was at the memorial the whole time. cindy sure is sly isn't she?
No she can't. What will Jose pull out of his hat now, I wonder? That about wraps it up then . . . . she can't lie away her fingerprints
I think it's limited as to making funeral arrangements and not, like another poster just said, photos/videos, etc. of Caylee. We really don't know if Casey had objected in the past to cremation or just came up with that this week in retaliation to her mother having a memorial service. The little power struggle between them, you know.MOO
LP...........heard this morning that there is fingerprints and they are Casey's.
:slap:Nanny held her fingers down on that tape against her will..
:loser:
What are limited POA rights?
I'd never thought of the possibility she'd be in the teddy bear!
