I just got home, did JVM have any NEW news on about Zahra also???

No, but she, Mike Brooks, and 2 other guests don't believe Z's Mom, Emily, re looking for her, etc. All were critical of her.

JeanC: 2 weeks sick is between the last sighting at t furniture store and when reported missing.

?: Cousin says EB told her she told the police places---plural. Does it mean dismemberment?

NG talking about ED looking for Zahra for years; Jean C says ED never dreamed AB had taken Zahra to the U.S. NG asking if she ever filed anything with LE in Australia. Jean C. saying answers have been she didn't have means or money, investigations are different in Australia.

NG talking to reporter in Australia who talked with ED, asking him what he learned. He again defends ED.

RobertOvario, Senior Reporter AU: re interview of bio-Mom, Emily:

re criticism of Emily>she seemed like raw emotion to me; w/out financial means and PPD
NG: did she go to police?
RobO: she initially went to police...
NG: did she go again?
RobO: might b a few blanks, but she insisted she tried to find her daughter

Australian reporter is saying he spoke with ED for 3-4 hours, seemed sincere, emotional. Says she did look for Zahra, every time she'd catch up, AB would move again.

NG critical of ED not doing enough and now Zahra is dead.

sorry EB if someone dies naturally, you do not throw them aay like garbage!
What is EB hiding????
Yes that's a big problem with EB's story! Well one of many, for me anyway! No call to 911, and hidin the body.

AnneBremner, atty: letters will come in at trial; corroboration will be needed at trial for what she's told LE

  • #308
back from commercial

playing snippets of interviews, 911 calls, jailhouse letters

NG stressing EB told LE "places" to find Zahra.

Susan Moss, Ann Bremner, Joe Lawless on the panel.

SM: "what gets my goat is that ransom note"

AB: everything EB doing will come in at trial; writing ransom note then claiming to be a victim.

JL: doesn't know why EB is talking at all; all you can do is shrug your shoulders and argue reasonable doubt to a jury.

NG: What do u do at trial?
Joe Lawless, atty: u argue reasonable doubt, that's all u can do

  • #310
What can you do with this as an attorney in her defense?
Tell her to keep her mouth shut so she doeent march her way to the NC Death chamber

  • #311
NG: What do u do at trial?
Joe Lawless, atty: u argue reasonable doubt, that's all u can do

no doubt in my mind.............gas in vehicles, ransom note etc.

  • #312
Also it was stated EB knew she was sick but was afraid to report? un huh

  • #313
Caller: what is the proper procedure when police first arrived that evening? did they go in and check residence?
JeanC: don't think so---they were there for the fire

  • #314
Why wasn't the bio mom more pro active, IMO that cant be answered in a one liner

  • #315
RobertO, AU reporter: Emily---she did not officially give up custody when she had PPD

  • #316
back from commercial

more video snippets, interview with ED crying, parts of EB's letters

Caller: not understanding LE procedure during fire call; did LE make any contact or try to check on Zahra. Jean C: LE was there for the fire; no indication of Zahra? Same caller: another question about ED and why she didn't make more proactive attempt to take custody of Zahra when she found her 1st time. Reporter in AU saying that is something that will have to be asked of ED. She never officially gave up custody; was just supposed to take care of Zahra while ED had PPD; never thought he'd skip around the country.

The thing that jumped out for me as I just tuned in was EB is now claiming Kahra was sick and she knew it but was afraid to say something? THAT Stinks to the high heavens

  • #318
Yes people, please bring the mother who was half way around the world when her father was in the same house. And I dare say that if the situation was reversed with the father being half way around the world, he would be blameless, but the mother would again be bashed not only because the child was dead, but because she took the child away from the father. Good grief..............

Audio Interview of EB's cousin:

Interviewer: when u looked into E's eyes, did u believe what she told u?
Cousin: Yes
Interviewer: what?
Cousin: That they did NOT kill Zahra

  • #320
Natisha: police have never used that term with me---that he is cooperating. They have said that he came to the searches, interviews, etc.
