Yeah, the location is 1.9 miles from Nancy's house. They ordered the man and woman out and are currently searching the house.

AG's house is 4 miles away from Nancy's and I'm sure Brian would mention if it was hers - it's not hers.

He said he would not reveal the location to protect the integrity of the operation.

Twitter/X: There is an active situation happening right now involving the Pima County swat team connected to the Nancy Guthrie investigation. I’m here but not revealing location to not interfere with investigation.

true. but someone who's only sent emails could be anywhere. the proximity to NG's house (2 miles) suggests to me this is someone they think was actually involved in the disappearance.

I'm thinking they located a phone's user that they had been looking for via cell data.

I'm thinking they got a DNA match from NG house and this might be that person. It could be an accomplice. Maybe a younger person (not meaning a minor) who lives at home or is staying with parent, who may not know the extent of their involvement.

With all my heart, I want the female to be NG, like all of us. But she is of frail health, we know this. I can't see SWAT "pulling her out" of the house, not as described (with a male) and especially two weeks of hell she would have been through. A stretcher and an ambulance seems more likely and, again, not with the male and not by SWAT.
