Jan 31 would've had fairly good moon illumination too. Minimal cloud coverage. Imo the background is way too dark for it to be a few hours before the abduction.

LD is the grey Range Rover guy. They raided his house, 2 miles from NG, he has a felony criminal history, drugs and other arrests. They took the grey RR for vehicle evidence collection.

The photo came from the FBI, recovered from Google’s servers. The sheriff is speaking about tonight’s new info, telling us (contrary to Kash Patel’s assertion) that the image came from a different day.

Well, if it was after midnight on that day, could no backpack person have been there early early Sunday morning, let’s say 3 am? We don’t know when the “kidnaping” started-if it was before midnight, that could be same day. The video could then be considered the next day.

Late late Sat night, then early early Sun morning ??? With only a few hours in between?

I'm feeling so lost on what to think/feel about this case right now. You all MUST be as frustrated as I am. And angry. I'm actually ANGRY that they didn't confirm this sooner.

The public does not have a right to know anything. LE has to do whatever it takes to do the job they are trained to. They don't want the possible kidnappers/murderers to have any heads up. While we are all concerned and want to know, we have to trust there will be a solution sooner rather than later.

But wouldn't there be a statement released (hypothetical example, "stop killing in Gaza").

What it means is, there was obviously some kind of casing, probably from afar and eventually had to take that casing up close (looking for cameras, etc).

Speculates that they may have damaged the floodlight on a previous trip.

or it could be before midnite of the day of the kidnapping. He could have been hiding out for a long time. Letting Nancy go to sleep, etc. He could have been hiding anywhere in the back, a lot of places to hide and maybe then is when he took out the two floodlites on the back. He was there before midnite which would have made it on 1/30 and these reports could be true

This photo was released by the FBI at the same time the footage was. Sheriff is just claiming his department or FBI didn't officially announce that "the image is from a different night"

IMO in the earlier pic the neckline on the jacket seems to sit lower than in the images we have of the perp smashing the cam.The fit of the jacket looks different, not as form fitting, hangs differently at the lower hemline and narrower in the hips and slimmer in the thighs. Also, black marks on shoes not visible in the other image but could be lighting.

No. Every trip served a purpose. She was targeted. IMO He peeped her house prior to this and I would be willing to bet this person was IN her house recently ( either known or unknown) to NG prior to her disappearance. There’s too many similarities to something I’ve personally experienced. It’s horrifying. I hate it. Prayers for Nancy and family.
