What is a "routine legal process"?
One last walk thru and review of the evidence before they pull off the case to focus on other cases?

Atleast that’s my take

bbm Please explain to me how someone can call anonymously with a tip or even the stalker's name and STILL receive a reward? I just don't understand that. How do you find the tipster to reward them if they call in anonymously? moo

I'm not sure how I missed that SG was married previously. Interesting.

Seems like a good sign to me. As far as I know, prosecutors typically don't get 'dirty in the street' until there is case building going on.

Also, federal prosecutors? If so then we pretty much know who is now heading the investigation. And if the Feds are prosecuting it, we know that there are only a couple of qualifiers in this type of crime that would make it a federal case.

JMO.

Agree. So, why do you suppose 1 vehicle parked in the garage? Were they planning on taking something out of that vehicle or putting something into that vehicle?
No clue.

Maybe remain anonymous publicly. Meaning, the name of this person giving the tip is not released publicly, but LE will certainly know this person and their name.

We need to get back to basics thinking here. List 5 reasons someone would take a body with them?
1. I'll start embarrassment over sexual fantasy, evidence being found.
2. Maybe they planned on taking NG to her bank atm to withdraw money, but she died in the vehicle. IMO, I think LE would have found her body by now.

I have a feeling the drilling noises that some media reported they heard prior to FBI arriving was likely due to the locksmith changing hardware. MOO
Could there be a safe in the house that they want to see if contents are still in it?

Body? Probably not very quickly in that environment.

I was just about ready to head over there, to sleuth in person, just kidding!
It's tempting!

It's a bad sign that they are instituting these new parking rules since it seems that they don't anticipate an arrest in the near future and that they expect that the media will still be on the street for the upcoming future.

Seems to me if SG said "taken from her bed" she must know that much, so there must be evidence of that. jmo

Yes. And, knowing she’s working with LE, I wonder she why included that since Nanos tried to walk it back initially? MOO

Why is this interesting? Just curious 😅
MO, SG ex-husband, is a well respected journalist and producer who worked for BBC amongst others.
I think we can rule him out, just my own humble opinion

Maybe at the time, it was speculation, but since then, there is proof. jmo

They were in NG's backyard and the guy dressed casually with a cap pointed out something back behind the gate. The casual guy seemed to be the guide. Just casual looking at and pointing at various things. They were careful to cover their mouths in front of the garage but when they were on the front porch, they were speaking more freely.

This was interesting to read, about behavioral analysis in criminal investigations.

I’m not sure where the masked man on the porch fits, but there’s listings of signs of an organized vs a disorganized criminal.

Other interesting outlined is regarding crime scene staging or masking, and the significance of moving a body.

Maybe they took the family in on the White SUV that went in garage. Maybe to let them look again to see if anything seemed out of the ordinary, missing or jogged their memory of something they did not notice before and to possibly ask them things to help in the investigation?

Welp that tells you right there that an arrest is not coming anytime soon. Otherwise there would be no need for this release.

Once an arrest is made the media will move on and or atleast focuses their attention elsewhere. And Pima county would know that
You think? I’m thinking, from experience, an arrest will be announced soon and we all know how more media than what’s already there will be everywhere including gawkers. Soo I’m thinking there is a news conference coming soon! We can hope!
