Where is all this in relation to AGs house, in case it’s a neighborof AG.
Nancy’s house on upper left, new video from somewhere along road on lower right I believe

" A source connected to the investigation tells TMZ ... the FBI has looked at the video and says it's a dead end ... the area where the cars are driving as well as the ingress and egress has led the Agency to the conclusion the cars have no association with the kidnapping."

WHATTTTT?!

Just watched NBC Nightly News and maybe this has already been mentioned in here but they say the FBI is reviewing 5,000 to 10,000 hours of footage. This was mentioned in the context of the new footage re: the car going by that we've been discussing. I was blown away that they have that much footage. They said it has to be reviewed in real time. Hope they've got lots of agents/analysts on it.

I'm beginning to think the simplest explanation is probably the best explanation. These were a couple of guys who burglarize homes in this area, that got caught off guard by someone in the dark and injured her, perhaps fatally. They wrapped her up in a tarp or blanket to control or conceal her. One ran out to get the vehicle, the other went out front to remove the camera so the car could pull up, They went back in thru back and carried her wrapped body out the front door. I'm thinking in a tarp now because it would allow blood to drip. Perhaps there was no plan and they just got in too deep during a burglary? I am behind in reading posts so apologize if this is a redundant theory.
Daytime thieves are a different breed than nighttime burglars, especially armed ones. Going into a home that is occupied is another level of brazen and motive.

BBM

Video taken from Guthrie's front porch the morning of the 1st shows the armed suspect approach the door at 2:12 AM ... Nancy's pacemaker stopped transmitting around 2:28 AM ...

I don't recall having seen the 2:12 am time before?! Is that something new?

Can they get AI to review and parse it? I am learning so much about forensic technologies on this site and watching trials on CTV

Regarding “releasing the home back to the family”, locksmiths at the property, moving the media and the command center may be another “shake the bushes” tactic. Get the guy to “visit” the scene of his crime thinking the focus is no longer centered on the house. And I know “releasing the home” doesn’t mean any of her family are necessarily moving in - but if this is stalker based (not my leading theory but a theory), maybe the prospect of SG being at the house without media and LE or just the house empty without media and LE will nag at this guys uncontrollably urge to be near the property or the family. Not suggesting using SG as “bait” - but just the prospect the home is now back with the family might cause him to to let his guard down. And then they can study footage from new, better, recording cameras.

My impression from watching this piece was they can't but maybe I misinterpreted what they said. Someone else here will know for sure though!

I don’t know about Tucson, but back when I lived in Albuquerque middle of the night burglaries weren’t uncommon. Even in the nicer neighborhoods. I guess they hoped they could get in and out without people noticing their approach. Grab stuff before the homeowner woke up and then flee.

Nancy would be a prime target, older woman living alone in a nice house spaced out from the other neighbors.

I know LE hasn’t seemed big on the burglary angle, but it seems possible. Went in to rob her, Nancy confronted them, something like that. ☹️

Yes. No potential blood in your car, no chance of getting caught with a dead body in your car etc. Wonder why she wasn't dumped in the pool . . .
I am not going assume she was dead when the perp left. He wanted her alive. IF he was the ransom note writer, that might have been his strategy. He could produce proof of life. THEN..... due to blood thinners and some roughed up behavior, she bled to death. Maybe not immediately, certainly, but slowly exsanguinated due to her meds or bled internally. Plus, at the very least, she would display large bruised areas from bleeding under the skin. Proof of life became risky because of possible tracing the photo, and her overall condition. I really think he wanted her as a trophy to air out his frustrations with and converse with and grab the attention of SG. So, for me, She was NOT dead at the time they exited the house. JMO

These two things seem to be opposite? Right? What in the world with all these “sources” and flip flop stories! And WHY publish things BEFORE LE can see them!

The burglary thing loses a bit of validity if nothing in the home was taken. JMO

Hey good work people that said Kia Soul. Seems like you might be on to something. I feel like that is a pretty distinctive looking car. Woulda gone with something more ubiquitous and nondescript if it were me.

TMZ has a few things wrong in there reporting, so I would take what they say with grain of salt. No where else does it say the doorbell video was from the time they listed either.

What if they panicked after she startled them and she was injured? At that point all they wanted to do was the cover up, plus they couldn't pawn anything from her home after that.

I can't figure out if the home owner alerted LE along with the media or just alerted the media saying basically "they never asked me".

At what point did they decide to review their video anyway?
