Question: What does "pacemaker app disconnects from phone" mean? I mean, I know what it means... but I'm trying to understand why it would do that. Thx.

So the family did NOT wait an hour to call 911 per the timeline.
I'm glad we know this now because people were hammering them way too hard on it! Turns out they only took ~5 mins to call 911.

Why go in through the garage instead of the front door? She was dropped off, so she didn't drive.
Maybe I missed something in these 200+ pages.
IMO.

So why did the garage door open on her return?

Probably the most convenient access point for her.

Could just be an animal?!
This timeline does not sound like an animal. It would be difficult for an animal to make a camera go offline that's on a wall.

2:12am a person was detected (as described by the camera), but no visual.

Nancy took an UBER to her daughter's to and from dinner?!
I think he said she took an Uber *to* her daughters. I don't think he said anything about how she got home.

Ransom letter - they are taking it seriously. Any action taken on the letter is ultimately decided by the family.

I believe Tuesday. MOO

thank you that's what i thought. so it sounds like possibly ransom letter could've been sent privately on Monday (or even earlier) and maybe perp(s) felt it wasn't taken seriously or was taking too long

9:48pm- Garage door opens indicating drop off
9:50pm- Garage door closes

Sunday
1:47AM- Doorbell cam goes offline
2:12AM Person Detected, no video because no subscription
2:28AM Pacemaker disconnects
11:56AM Family checks on her
12:03PM 911 Call

Perp was there at least 41 minutes...

Family called 911 almost right away after arriving

Software detected a person but no image detected. No subscription.
A person or movement? It could have possibly been an animal.

Nancy took an Uber to AH's house???
Seems odd considering how close they live to each other. Butttt maybe NG used Uber because it gives her a sense of freedom if she doesn't drive. 🤷‍♀️

From AI: "Google Nest cameras use advanced algorithms to distinguish between people, animals (primarily cats and dogs), vehicles, and packages"
