I believe having a timestamp on the videos or still images would be beneficial. Is it possible that these pictures and video were taken prior to her arrival? For instance, could he have been inside the house before she returned at 9:48? I welcome any insights or perspectives.

Thank you for that explanation. Is anyone really certain that she didn’t have a sub? I mean… it would seem very unlikely for me to have considerable wealth and not renew a security sub for my 84 yo mother who also lives alone, sometimes (?) is staff only there during the day? If that were the case I would definitely remember to pay for this. Or the accountant I pay for should. It’s seems like there’s no way this could be true. I only have an Alexa and I can “drop in” why would NG be the only one to receive a notification she may/not have heard?

Yes. The Sheriff Nanos stated this explicitly early on that they were working with the company cause she didn't have an active subscription (could have lapsed) adding difficulty getting the footage.

Nest dug this off their servers after days. If anything this proves that they store your footage on their server they have it regardless what they tell you when you don't have access to it with no subscription.

The fact that they are searching AG's neighborhood now, and not NG's, after those pics and videos came out is to me a major tell. And my spidey senses are telling me that they are zeroing in on a person or combo of people including the SIL, SIL's friend(s), AG.

The jacket worn looks to not have a collar or cuffs, a distinctive strip across the chest and piping along the zipper. I have looked at literally hundreds of men’s jackets and athletic tops on Amazon and have not come across even one that is similar. So maybe that jacket could be easily recognized by someone that knows this person.

Once LE processes a scene they don't clean up. That's up to the family/owners. If photos were already taken and samples collected then it doesn't matter that the blood is still there.

That allows nest to help troubleshoot issues and improve the product.

I mean if anything I would think this video helps support the idea he isn't involved imo. I mean who kills an 84 year old with a heart condition for the inheritance - if someone is worried about getting the inheritance time is on their side here

Yes it is likely someone familiar to the family/NG - I would think b/c usually it isn't random..but that again can mean acquaintances, neighbors, household staff etc.
