I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… they just aren’t very smart (or I’m projecting my feelings onto them hehe).

I have a degree in criminology and something that really stood out to my among my classes was the emphasis that while movies paint the bad guys as super intelligent, evil masterminds, the average criminal actually has average (if not below average) intelligence levels.

As clearly exhibited here. Im so underwhelmed at the lack of planning needed to carry out such a crime.

Hearing a helicopter that looks to be circling where AG’s house is. If SWAT was heading there they would have been there already 20 min ago based on when they left the sheriffs dept. I wonder where they’re going. Hotel?

Is there media at the house where the family is currently staying? I haven't seen anyone reporting from there, but the NY Post article said it was a gated community.

I am curious everyone's thoughts on how the one person got NG to leave her home. NG per missing person report is approx 150 pounds. How would she leave the house walking if she can't walk far, and how would one person take her out of the house?

If hired help are having their dna samples taken then surely authorities have the perp’s dna. So it’s only a matter of time until they’re identified.

Nothing specific, and these notifications tend to be delayed so anything big would have been moved to tac channels by now. More an indicator that something is happening.

There is a reason why most criminals (not all) have below the average IQ and or personality/mental issues. Because they can't make it in real life using the resources at their disposal. IE....themselves.

Thanks. In that case is it possible then that Nancy was attacked by a coyote? That could explain the blood on the front steps.

I was thinking that earlier as a possibility but the masked man on the porch makes me think something else happened...

It sounds like they possibly are in AGs neighborhood because they were able to trace electronic communication? Not sure why they wouldn't know the exact address?

maybe no vehicle and they think NG was stashed some where local? they did have choppers out nearby a lot.

All of the gear that this person in the video is wearing looks either new or well cared for. The front of those shoes look like Merrell mocs to me. That shoe also has a distinctive tread. Maybe they have the treads from the crime scene and can work back to recent sales in the Tucson area. I was trying to ID the backpack and the jacket, but can't so far.

Also, if they were able to recover this footage, hopefully they can (and maybe have) recovered more from the other cameras previously thought to not have images.

I Can’t wrap my head around why they keep searching in Annie Guthrie’s neighborhood.

I just can’t figure out what the connection is.

I doubt at this point SIL is involved, so what leads are they following.

Perhaps one of AG's neighbors is involved? We have been thinking the crime might have something to do with SG's fame, wealth, profession. Perhaps it has something to do with a friend, acquaintance, neighbor of AG?
