You analysis makes perfect sense and I, for one, respect you for that.

So we will not be discussing that said person but I presume we can cite other articles and media that add evidence to the mix but aren't solely referencing Banfield's comments, correct?
ABSOLUTELY YES!!

Hello, based on this video I can't see the equipment too well. I work on government helicopters though. Helicopter crews often wear helmets due to the rotor wash to protect eyes from debris. If you're flying low with the window/door open in a sandy environment like Arizona you're going to want to protect your face from debris and your eyes from glare.

In my professional opinion, he's just wearing a crew chief helmet.
Thank you.

Maybe she was attacked by like one or more Bobcats at her front entryway while opening the front door to get inside. This could explain some blood at entry way inside and outside home plus the smashing of front door cameras. She could have left the apple watch charging when she went to dinner which is why she was not wearing it. The son in law dropped her off after the dinner event 1/31/26 and perhaps he did not walk her inside the home and make sure all was sa fe and secure for her to get to bed. The daughter lived 10 mins away and posted in past about Bobcats at daughter's Tucson property.
The bobcats smashed the cameras?

Do Bobcats remove Nest cams?🤔

Whether or not you'd know if the lids had been recently removed depends on whether the lids are covered, say with soil or landscape stones, or lawn.

At our vacation home, the lids are fully exposed, so you would not know if they had been lifted recently unless you took a close look at the bolts that attach the lid to the riser from the tank below.
FWIW, there is a documentary (available on Amazon) about a couple in Arizona who had a stolen De Kooning painting in their home, discovered after they died. Long story short, they also had a septic tank that was examined for the possibility they hid a body there. I just recently watched the documentary and I am envisioning a septic tank in Nancy's backyard like the one in the show.

I know that's a tangent, but also a recommendation of a true-crime documentary with an Arizona septic tank which may or may not be of interest when following this case.

The title is "The Thief Collector."

The bobcats smashed the cameras?
Not the old "bobcats smashed the cameras trick" again 🤦🏻‍♀️😂. Your comment made me LOL

Maybe there are security cameras at Annie’s home? That would show when they left and if any other trips were made etc. if they have cameras, I would hope they were working.
Ashley Banfield reported that the perpetrator smashed all the cameras.

Maybe the flatbed truck with tank is there to drain septic tank

I'd guess the home is worth a million. When divided by 3, that is pretty nice payout. And she likely had a bit more in savings.

And perhaps he also owed her money too?
The wealthy child sometimes will ask to be removed from the cash inheritance. Maybe SG was named executrix? She is an attorney. So, perhaps divided by 2.

Since law enforcement strongly pushed back on the Ashleigh Banfield report, I decided to take a closer look.

A friend pointed out something important in Banfield’s video. In the thumbnail and at about 18:32 seconds into the segment, Banfield states that the son-in-law is the prime suspect. Just seconds later, she walks that back and says he may be the prime suspect. That is a significant difference.

Below is a screenshot of the thumbnail from Banfield's video.
I'm showing you this so you can see the claim she makes, but she walks back that claim in her video. It is crazy.

Those two statements are not the same thing. Saying someone is a prime suspect versus saying they may be a prime suspect carries very different implications—especially when law enforcement has publicly denied that claim.
Because of this inconsistency, and because law enforcement has pushed back hard against the report, we are not going to allow discussion identifying any specific person as a suspect.

What is allowed:

  • Discussing evidence
  • Discussing theories
  • Discussing possibilities in general terms (for example: “someone close to her,” or “possibly a family member”)
What is not allowed:
  • Naming specific individuals
  • Identifying any person as a suspect
We need to be able to discuss all possibilities—that’s what we do here—but we also have to balance that with the rights of real people not to be publicly accused of a crime they have not been charged with.

So please speak in general terms and do not identify individual people as suspects.

If you’re unsure whether something crosses the line, just ask in the thread and we’ll clarify.

Thank you for helping keep this discussion fair, factual, and responsible.
Tricia

P.S. By the way, a great reporter on YouTube (and he is an approved source) is Brian Entin. He is in AZ covering this case.

Click here for one of Brian Entin's videos

Click here for Ashleigh Banfield's full video but please do not repost.
Thank you

This is not a 'rural' area, it is just a nice suburb of Tucson that is in the mountain foothills, and with large desert lots.
According to the realtor.com listing the house has a septic tank, but has city water.

Didn't Banfield just quit her job and go out on her own or something like that? What better way to launch a new channel than to be ahead on the biggest story... question is did she make it up? There should be some kind of penalty if she did
Just my opinion, but I don’t think Ashley Banfield would fabricate information. She’s been in journalism for decades and has developed far more sources than most reporters.

Sorry, but that doesn't explain the removed and smashed cameras, the evidence of a break-in or her being missing. IMO

I just noticed the SIL eyes, look very closely. That’s a strange look.

It’s weird that they are covering their faces but it could be they want the privacy.
I'll just say if my mom was missing I wouldn't be thinking about who's getting photos of me and wouldn't care if I even combed my hair or brushed my teeth that day! My only thought would be my mom... not hiding my identity but that's just me.

A reporter tweeted that there is a flatbed trailer with a tank currently parked at the home of NG.
I wonder if anything was cleaned up inside? Draining pipes? Hmm

My brain went down that whole scenario last night when I couldn't sleep lol. I was thinking maybe she let the dog out and a wild animal attacked 😳 But then I was like nope, animals don't care about removing cameras. Yall...the insomnia thoughts can be crazy 😂

I just want to pause for a minute and say how mad I am at news nation for replacing AshBan. I miss her nightly show and thought it was a crown on the head of the evening News line up..like a great break from political garbage and just good true crime with Brian E. and everyone.

I am not loving it, while I am doing her groovy podcast it's not the same as her live show. :( mOO

Thank you for stating this. I lived in Tucson for 10 years, and this area is not rural. It's still in Tucson, and the area is absolutely beautiful.
