I think it depends what area too. Im on the SW side of Tucson, We have a lot of caliche and rocks. We looked into getting a pool for the backyard. If we did the underground pool, we were told the ground would have to be blasted to break apart the caliche. I know the area Ms. Guthrie lives. Its pretty rocky. Lots of hills.Sandy and rocky. It varies throughout the area but it's generally sandy, with lots of rocks, and bedrock underneath some of the mountainous areas.
Want a (sandy) rabbit hole?here you go!
Sorry for jumping to conclusions...getting wrapped across the knuckles repeatedly today lolYeah. I’ve followed a bunch of cases where the secret service is involved, for instance, and people jump to all sorts of conclusions.
But they’re there for their technical expertise, and that’s certainly going to be the case with this particular agency here.
I don’t understand why they didn’t tspe it off and keep it taped o ff until an atrest was made. I always thought the same in the idaho 4. A lot of or at least moe than necessary, people stepped onto the property. You would think a defense attory would have a party with thatWhoa, Nancy Guthrie's property is back to being a crime scene and taped off!

Oh yea.. River Rd. being there, and the bridge. Its pretty sandy there. Flooding adds to that.caliche and rocky, although in washes they are more sandy. Don't know if there's any washes around there though
Which probably explains this.Yes, and POTUS reached out to SG today and assured her that every federal resource needed was available:

Trump spoke to Savannah Guthrie as search for her mother continues
The "TODAY" co-anchor's 84-year-old mother was reported missing on Sunday. Trump reached out after an interview with "NBC Nightly News" anchor Tom Llamas.www.nbcnews.com
I'm wondering if it was there the first time LE searched OR if perhaps placed there after the home was returned to the family. However, with the constant presence of media swarming about, that doesn't appear too likely, does it? So, they missed something important first time through, or did not recognize it as important? Like the return to the Heuermann home?this is crazy..just now collection more evidence?
I wonder if some of the skills involved in ICAC, particularly tracing someone's activity through layered attempts to hide the IP, might be put to work here, given the ransom notes were reportedly sent by email.ICAC involved? Oh no... the investigation possibly uncovered other crimes?
We had a septic tank when we built a new home in the country. In the county we lived in then a septic tank was required to be at least 50 feet from a house and 50 feet from a well.I'm not familiar with septic tanks. I saw earlier that NG's house is has one. Is this something kept under a house, next to the house, or would it normally be on the edge of a property away from the house?
