Another reason i’m inclined to think suspect won’t turn out to be a random stranger, or at least has someone already on the radar, is that if absolutely no person of interest to LE, it seems they would be warning community of danger more or putting out more search parties…Just a thought….

I'm not familiar with septic tanks. I saw earlier that NG's house is has one. Is this something kept under a house, next to the house, or would it normally be on the edge of a property away from the house?

A British author, Helen Bailey (murdered by her partner) was found dead in a septic tank/cesspit under the house in 2016.

12News KPNX livestream reporter says a black Suburban pulled up to AG's home at about 3pm MST and about 4-5 people who appeared to be LE got out and went inside the home. They were in there for about 20 mins and then 2 people came back outside and collected supplies, possibly a tripod, before going back inside. They've been inside for about 2 hours now.

CNN: Former FBI agent. Could be back with new investigative technology, measurements they needed, all kinds of potential reasons. Could also be acting on information - vetting those ransom notes for instance.

First level of vetting would be determining if there was false information in them.

You've also got to have proof of life. If you don't have that, it's being tossed aside.

Casey Jordan, Criminologist. First reaction is to assume it's a hoax. Nobody is going to know what she was wearing that night, and the house was actually broadcast in segments with Savannah. Thinks people are probably trying to take advantage of this. They'll of course investigated though.

As for the pacemaker. She as within the range of her devices at 2am. So whatever happened, happened after that.

If this is the typical check in time, it tells us less than if it was because of her being moved at that time. But this data exists, and law enforcement would have it.

A new twist in the kidnapping of 'TODAY' anchor Savannah Guthrie's mother Nancy ... the Arizona home of Savannah's sister Annie is crawling with law enforcement agents.

Photos show a man wearing an ICAC shirt arriving Wednesday afternoon at Annie's home ... and what's even more interesting is what he appears to have in the bag over his shoulder.

Now, the ICAC badge appears to be from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force ... and the box with a strap over his shoulder is believed to be a forensic extraction device used to access data from smartphones, SIM cards and more.

The Cellebrite Universal Forensic Extraction Device that the agent appears to be carrying here can even retrieve encrypted data and deleted content.
