Throwing this out there. What if there has been another message about the ransom demand, one saying that they could find something: In the garage outside the house, etc. that would PROVE they had been there and have her. Bring in ICAC, search the outside of the house and garage. Create a plea to prove Nancy is alive. Then it all makes sense.

ETA: makes even MORE sense if the ransom demand said they missed something not in the house, which would be outside or garage.

Maybe the family had a choice on who spoke, maybe the one most normally in front of tv had to speak, maybe one w/ known bitcoin had to speak, or maybe it didn't matter at all.

I feel like they were likely advised to go on and make this video. Everything about this is extremely disturbing.

Yes very calculated. And the fact that only the two daughters spoke a message they are trying to appeal to a possible kidnapper through a female figure. Hoping it conveys more emotion to them.

Tricia, I’m a little uncertain of what sources are approved and am reluctant to share a link because AB was on the same clip and I don’t want to get in trouble …but Brian Entin was on News Nation and he said that “federal agents” were there - also mentioned something about shirts saying ICAC - did not say FBI - said federal agents.

I’ve been silently following this case but now with the family video, I’m more confused than ever. How are they not able to trace these ransom notes? Am I understanding correctly that they were sent via email?

When I saw they were emailed I thought that they should be easy to trace from the ISP? address. I've heard cases where they've tracked the computer used to a library. This surprises me that they can't trace them.

One detail caught my attention, as far as being lost and therefore covering every possibility. During the second section, during one of the times that NG is addressed directly, the tone/language sounded to me like "if you can hear this and come home, please do." Just in case this was staged or initially voluntary. Imo that's highly, highly unlikely, but it might be a sign of not having truly ruled anything out. Jmo.

I highly doubt that’s the case, but they are certainly behaving like it might be real.

This would draw out real abductors, or those trying to profit with a ruse.

This bothers me though, because it could be an indication they are lost.

If lost, maybe it is truly because they were prepared, sophisticated, tech-savvy abductors? Says to me they haven't traced that email, ip address or bitcoin wallet as of yet,
