At this point, recovering the camera likely wouldn’t give them any info if the data is stored (or not, in this case) in the cloud, right?Have not recovered the camera.

That makes sense, especially if her garage door faces the street like the front door does. It might be easier to navigate while using her cane (or walker if she uses one). Again, I've missed a lot because this thread has gotten huge quickly.Depends on your layout. I always preferred to go in through the garage as it's brighter in there than fumbling on my porch in a dim light. Also, we have wild animals, and one never knows if there's a weirdo around, so I prefer to protect myself by entering through my garage and quickly closing the door. I suspect that's the case with Nancy but that's JMO.
I'm not sure she drives now, based on the fact that she took an Uber to her daughter’s house, which is only 10 minutes away.I don't understand this comment. Nancy Guthrie, assuming she's still alive, is an adult who lives alone, drives and is of very sound mind. I don't think it's up to her daughter to "let" her do anything.
Probably saw the blood and the doorbell cam removed and knew something happened!5 mins is really a short amount of time IMO
second one, the imposter one...still looking into the first one (TMZ one)Can’t watch right now. But my question is, is this THE ransom sender, or a second one?
No suspects either. Not ruling anyone out....
The one that got arrested? A second one. Can’t watch right now. But my question is, is this THE ransom sender, or a second one?
This is what the sheriff said about that (I was typing while he was talking)just a small correction, i believe at 2:12 it was some type of movement detected but don't know if it was necessarily a person. Someone asked if it could've been an animal and Nanos said it very well could've been
moo
The FBI stated the reward is for the "recovery" of Nancy Guthrie. Is this an indication that they do not believe that she is alive? I unfortunately do not believe that she has survived unless she is being well cared for. From the blood on the walkway, there is some reason that she was bleeding...The FBI has just announced a $50,000 reward for the recovery of Nancy Guthrie and/or the arrest and conviction of those involved
Sounds like there are multiple senders, at least one was arrested, and they are filing a complain to the magistrate later today. They clearly aren't ruling out at least one note though. Can’t watch right now. But my question is, is this THE ransom sender, or a second one?
5 minutes is far from a long time. JMO .So the family called 911 within 5 minutes instead of an hour like previously thought. It is certainly reassuring that they saw quickly that something was wrong and called law enforcement. Yes, 5 minutes is still a long time, but between the shock/denial and scrambling around looking for her, that is reasonable, IMO.
I wonder if family found a ransom note at that time and panic'd between themselves on whether to call authorities. I suppose everything will come out in due time.
JMO.
Ugh, having Jennifer Farber Dulos flashbacks.I am wondering if the intruder got in thru the open garage door when NG returned home from dinner. Laid in wait in garage for her to go to bed, and then crept into the house after she was settled for the night. Just speculation
Garage doors can be very loud and noticeable at 2am. Seems rational to me.That makes sense, especially if her garage door faces the street like the front door does. It might be easier to navigate while using her cane (or walker if she uses one). Again, I've missed a lot because this thread has gotten huge quickly.
Just struck me as strange that she entered through her garage, but the abductor(s) brought her out the front door (as evidenced by the blood found). Her home isn't exactly close to neighbors where they would hear the garage door go up/down, is it?
I'm probably overthinking it.
IMO.
it seems like over the decades there aren't many who ask hard questions anymoresome of these questions are stupid MOO
She may not drive at night and knew she was coming home after dark. My mom doesn't like to drive at night either at this stage of her life.I'm not sure she drives now, based on the fact that she took an Uber to her daughter’s house, which is only 10 minutes away.
