I'm just pointing out to how TMZ (who has the ransom note) came up with a radius that they think she is being held at. Remember the Mexico border is 60 minutes from the house, they could have gone very far in that night, before anyone reported her missing. Given the info and condition/age of the kidnapped, 6 days in the outcome is grim.True, but the state is crawling with LE everywhere, would you a high risk and I don’t believe that would happen. Savanna and her family have no way to provide any pressure here, they have LE/FBI to help, but nothing else.
I pray for her safety, but It seems unlikely Nancy will be returned. The return timeframe, hours by car, makes no sense. After payment, Why wouldn’t they just let her go closer to where they are( if they really plan to release her at all). She could get home from any state, The family and police would get her home.According to TMZ who has the letter, they said they would return her within a certain time frame (a few hours by car) so they extrapolated a "radius zone", It can all be BS though.
There's been absolutely no news today, but it's an unusual case in that a few major developments could happen at any time:
1. An arrest in her abduction/murder.
2. She is recovered.
3. An arrest is made in the ransom aspect (assuming it's a different person).
Yes I would like to see the RN in its entirety. The forensic linguists do a good job getting a psych profile of the author, its authenticity and intent, etc.We will need to see a copy of the complete ransom message to make sense of things. Only small tidbits are being released and the information seams disjointed. According to Harvey Levin it is very well written, no grammar mistakes, and wasn't done in haste (my words, just watched him). There's more to this message than we know.
I had a definite feeling this would happen.Uh, did anyone actually read the "source" of this? Not that it wouldn't surprise me but this "source" is fictitious at best.
Sources tell "Naughty But Nice" that the family of Savannah Guthrie is actively exploring possible legal action against TV host Ashleigh Banfield following explosive claims made on her podcast.
In the first presser done by the Sheriff, he said that the family got a call from the church saying, “hey your Mom’s not here.” Then the family went to the house, and he (the Sheriff) said “they (the family) spent some time looking for her themselves” before deciding they needed help and called 911. He then speculated that they got there “around 11”. He also gave interviews, saying there was an hour-long delay before they called 911.I haven't seen any confirmation about a call from church to family but very well may have missed it.
I'd like to know where the original timeline of family not calling 911 for an hour came from and what evidence became available that changed it to minutes after family arriving at NG's home they called 911
Her pacemaker could possibly provide that info, if the autopsy itself could not.Media ransom note said will be no further communication with the perp. If the family does not pay because of the no communication rule (so no proof of life from perp) and NG is not found or is found deceased, they may never know if she died initially/before the deadline (meaning family could not control her death) or if she died because they did not pay. JMO
I stayed in Tucson for a while. Sonoran Desert. Reservation land is within part of the Sonoran Desert, but part of it is no man's land. It's a big place. Migrant bodies location. The desert erases people. Her home is located in a desert area.Good hypothesis. If this is how it happened, I'd say it was a neighbor's son. If so, her body is nearby in that desert, close to her home. Even though they've searched and searched, it's difficult to find a body unless you actually know where it is. (Yikes. I sound as if I know all about these things.)
This is an excellent discussion and what I've been wondering since this story broke. All the LE has to do is get a data dump from the car the family said they took Nancy home in and their cell phone data to confirm if their timeline lines up with what they have told LE. And it will show if the car left again to Nancy's house later that night at 2am. LE must know all the info by now. This came up on the Megyn Kelly episode with a former SWAT guy. Basically it seems the question asked at yesterday's press conference with the sheriff did NOT make it clear whose car was processed, Nancy's or AG's.
MK: Okay. And what about um let me play you the the soundbite about the car, cuz we're back on Ashley's reporting where she said her law enforcement source told her that Annie Guthrie's car had been towed and impounded, whatever that means. You know, just like kept at the lot, not returned to her. Brian Entin couldn't confirm that. He said he wasn't sure. Um having, like he could see one car at Annie Guthrie's residence, but that didn't mean that the other car wasn't inside the garage. And the issue of a car being towed away did come up today. Not as clearly as we would like, but here's how it went down:
Clip of Sheriff speaking at press conference: The car, uh the the the car that was at the home, uh it's just standard investigative practices. It's part of the search warrant scene, court orders. We pull it out of there and do our scene processing with the vehicle.
Back to MK: Okay. I don't do Deb, do we know what the question was leading into that? Because like that's, did somebody say did they tow the car? Yeah, that's right. That's right. My my producer Lawrence reminding me he, he (the sheriff) just threw that out there, Chad. It wasn't in response to a question. It was like he was just clarifying a couple things and just says the car. Okay. Whose car? Where?
This starts at the 2:02 mark.
Also, do they really have the mindset to be thinking about suing someone right now? That would certainly be the last thing on my mind.Uh, did anyone actually read the "source" of this? Not that it wouldn't surprise me but this "source" is fictitious at best.

Yup! I keep forgetting about that.Yes! And POSSIBLY #4. LE distributes an image or video of possible perp/suspicious vehicle for public's help in identification.
I think letters are real from the actual kidnappers, but I don’t think they will return Nancy, so sorry.I got the impression from listening to Harvey Levin that the first deadline may have had a lower ransom amount and if they missed that, the ransom goes up. If they missed the Monday deadline, then NG would be killed.
Originally I felt like the ransom notes were probably fake but after hearing his description, it seems more possible they are real.
Her husband is Michael Feldman is co-founder of a PR firm. I'm sure she had a lot of guidance from many sources including the FBI.I think SG was provided much if not all of the language in that letter.
How high up is this light, would one need a ladder to do that? Doubt it happened at night if that is the case.Presumably the broken floodlights referenced in the TMZ ransom letter. Anyone can see this from outside and media reports. Too vague imo.
