FWIW -- I work in tech and am generally pretty tech-aware, and this sounds about right. I'm guessing whoever is sending these notes is using a VPN or something similar to mask their IP address, so it would make sense for the IP addresses to be different between transmissions.

Altercation with someone close to NG happened and that someone needed to conceal what that someone did. I don't think randsom notes are related to this someone.

I would think it was a network drone, and police may have ordered it down.

I'm really concerned why they've blocked off the whole stretch of street, unlike yesterday, if they are just searching for something to authenticate this new note. For an object in the house for example?
Reporters would see if any forensic vehicles, coroners arrive though right? An ambulance would be more positive.

Very concerning that they've blocked off or restricted the whole stretch of the street, they've moved the reporters and the Fox bird's eye view drone is not there. IMO, it seems they don't want what they are doing at the house or in the surrounding area by the house to be seen. Thankful that reporters haven't posted about any forensic vehicles, but in my opinion, that still may be coming.

It means they used a VPN, which is a virtual private network. It masks the real IP

Still believe that AG and SIL are the primary cause of all this, but if the only motive that fits is life insurance/inheritance perhaps second communication is because they are growing tired of waiting for NG to be found?

Law enforcement officials in Arizona are searching for a vehicle or vehicles that may be connected to the Nancy Guthrie investigation, NBC News has learned.
