If the body is on the property, the dogs would be able find it. Are they even using the dogs?
This is a great question. They used dogs early on in the investigation. Where specifically, no one knows.

Was one of them getting gas?

Yeah, this is getting ridiculous....
It's one of Circle K's gas stations off of Oracle Rd which is at a major intersection. Likely have some footage of the interested vehicle passing by or at the stop light.

i keep seeing this Fargo reference.... can someone tell me what you'all are talking about?
I think in this case the name of the person writing the comment is Fargo 😅

There's software designed to detect AI, and there are a lot of telltale signs of AI as well.
True. It’s used quite a bit by schools, especially in colleges. A teacher can run a paper through the software and it can detect with pretty good accuracy if it’s AI.

Not if they think she is alive, unconscious, hidden away some where in the home? They could easily get a warrant to save someone's life?
I am sure one of the children is poa and can authorize anything given she is unable to do so herself.

I fear she is in the duct work or whatever that is called with the heating and cooling system or in the planter. I can't take it, no way are they not looking for a body now. Please let my feeling be wrong
But what would be the purpose of that?

Yes, I agree, and this is not directed at you or at anyone in particular, but I also dislike judging the looks of the confirmed perpetrator. For one thing, it's mean, and it feeds a certain mindset that people in general should please us with their looks.

For another thing, what about the person who looks similar to - or loves someone who looks similar to - the perp, who is having their appearance torn to shreds by strangers? How would it feel to know that so many people think your (or your loved one's) appearance is evil, disgusting, revolting, nauseating, etc.?

I do understand forming initial conclusions based on mannerisms, facial expressions, manner of dress, and so on. But I don't understand judging people on their weight, wrinkles, bags under their eyes, color of their eyes, or cut of their hair.

And to be clear, I feel the same way about a perp or victim categorized as beautiful, etc. One way to see this with new eyes is to imagine the news anchor announcing that "Up next, police are investigating the murder of an ugly teenage girl..."

I think these crimes and disappearances carry enough weight on their own, that we don't need attractiveness qualifiers to tell us how to feel.

As Bertrand Russell said, 'In all affairs it's a healthy thing now and then to hang a question mark on the things you have long taken for granted."

Now, let's find Nancy! What is everyone thinking with regard to whether she is still alive? I am hopeful and have all my fingers crossed.

All MOO
I’m very behind with no hope to catch up on the thread. However, I really want to give my thoughts.

At this point, even if Nancy is still alive, this will be the end of her. I feel so bad about it; but at 84 years old to go through this kind of trauma, I don’t think you could recover. I pray for the family that they get her back. It’s a very bizarre case. I think that’s why it has everybody’s attention. It almost makes no sense.

if she was in or immediately around the house, i don't think she would have disconnected from the pacemaker app?

Maybe this second note - that is not a ransom letter and does not give proof of life - is more of a taunting one
Suggesting to LE - if you want to solve this - go back to the property - all the clues are there - you just missed them

Yikes - diversion ?/cat and mouse ?/ damage control ?/

Certainly keep LE busy and controlling the narrative

JMO
Beginning to think there was no abductor requesting a ransom. Just someone playing ransom games.

I don't think LE is interested in vehicles that may have been at the Circle K. They're interested in what video their cameras may have captured of cars coming and going near that neighborhood. I'll leave it at that. I suspect the pieces are coming together.

My opinion only.
Bbm.
Wanted to add that this puzzle has pieces that (imo) are very closely connected.
I doubt it was a yard worker or disgruntled staff.

Looked like a bulb, to me. She removed it and handed it to an agent on the ground.
It looked like my camera with a solar charger.it looked like there were 2 up there.

Shame on them if they are just searching for video there now.

they have some sort of tip that they are responding to.
Are there drone zones set to not fly over a crime scene? If not, maybe someone with one called in a tip?

Looks like she tried to sell it in 07 also.
I absolutely love Arizona. But I don’t think I’d wanna live so close to the border. I haven’t really thought about it till now.

I have family in Phoenix, but live in the the upper US states. Of course it’s cold right now so Arizona sounds wonderful.

The female FBI agent removed 2 cameras that were attached to solar panels up on the roof of the casita. I can't believe they waited until today to do that. Ugh.

I'm in Tucson and can answer any questions relating to Tucson, neighborhoods, general info, etc.

This is a pattern consistent with practicing take-off and landings. I haven’t seen anything search-related in the air in the past hour…

Fully aware this might be nothing, but there's an army plane circling Tuscon at the moment pretty low to the ground. It's meant for jamming communications and locating signal, iirc. Started flying out towards Tuscon about 20 minutes after Law Enforcement started restricting access around Nancy's street.
