Just a guess—they might’ve done preliminary basic tests like dusting for prints, luminal etc but maybe they have new information now to suspect they need to go deeper

I don't think fingerprinting is really even used anymore with the advances of DNA. It's a pretty unreliable and outdated science.

The garage door opened and closed, twice? Once (open and close) before midnight, to let her in after the ride home from dinner? Then again (so sorry, here) sometime around 3 am so that a murderer, driving her car, transported her lifeless body, somewhere?

This is horrific.

I just don't know how poor NG will be able to survive the stress alone of this situation. Coupled with a non-working pacemaker and missing "life-saving" medication, it just doesn't seem survivable to me. Peace be with you, dear Nancy.

Biggest take away of the night is that around 4-5 hours ago, @MassGuy made a post that breaking news could possibly happen at any moment and then news has been breaking all night long. Someone needs to check out that dude's electronics and basement

I was dead wrong about this being solved quickly, so I'll take my wins where I can get them.

I do get the impression things are moving quickly towards a conclusion, for real this time.

Evidence/Analysis truck spotted on right at AGs house

Must be collecting evidence at AG's house. Likely they know the whereabouts of AG and SG and were not going to AG's house to discuss case updates since they knew they weren't there tonight. With the evidence/analysis truck at AG's house, it seems likely that they are collecting possible evidence. JMO

Thinking along these lines… if she took an Uber to AG’s house, wouldn’t she need to have it with her on the ride? Or could it be avoided if AG/SIL called the Uber for her?

I’m also interested to see where the info about the phone in her car came from.

You wouldn’t necessarily need to have a phone to ride in an Uber but you would need a phone to order an Uber. AG/SIL could’ve ordered an Uber to pick up their mother.

Good thinking! Anyone she is close to could have borrowed it. But one scenario is a family member took Nancy's car to be serviced for her. It'd explain why Nancy used Uber to get to her daughter's house for dinner. One family member could have driven her home in her car, since Nancy did not drive at night, followed by another family member in their own vehicle to take the driver home.

Spitballing here, but if you followed the Gabby Petito case, the perpetrator in that case was allowed to slip away because law enforcement confused him for his mom. Sometimes, the professionals just aren't that great at their jobs. *shrugs*
